I placed an order at 7:35 pm. Around 7:50-8 I still had not received my sandwich. I placed a call to the store and was told “it should be delivered next” as we only have one driver.: ( yes I know all places are short staffed) .. 8:02 I get a notification it is out for delivery…810, still nothing.. I call the store again, and informed them I hadn’t received it yet and I would like a refund .. the guys response was, well it’s been out for delivery for a while now so we can’t do that. And when I tried to tell him the last time this had happened to me, I had gotten a full refund, he denied it and said that would have never happened … 8:20 I received my order..the delivery driver apologized, which yes that was nice of him to do that, but don’t advertise “freaky fast” service when that clearly isn’t the case right now.. or maybe inform customers of the long wait times to avoid this??Not very good customer service in my opinion, and I will not be ordering from there again.
We ordered 4 sandwiches, 4 bags of chips, 4 of the smallest size fountain soda. TOTAL $49.01!!!! Just FYI 4 small sodas $9.16. 4 small bags of chips $7.16. I will never eat here again. I get can better food for a reasonable cost at many of the other restaurants around the area. Don't waste your money.
Order ONE sandwich for delivery and almost and hour later it hasn’t arrived. So I went to shower and when they came they just left it at door step and drove off. You just lost a costumer for life
placed an order at 6pm at 630pm says it was out for deliver. took 1 1/2 hrs just to deliver.
Two hours waiting on a sub. I understand there is one driver tonight but that’s a bit ridiculous. I’d have rather picked it up when I called an hour ago and they said about 20 minutes.
Service is fast and friendly. Food is great and at a good price for the meal. I will be back

Haven't been here in awhile. Surprised they tasted better than I remember. I d/l the app and got a free sub. Worth it.
