Loved the driver. Very nice, polite and cheerful. The buns on our sandwiches were not fresh. They were hard and not up to your usual standards.
This is the second time that I have waited for two hours for delivery. My food still isn't here. I contacted the store last time and they said it was because they were short staffed until the college kids came back. The students are back. If you know your deliveries are taking this long you should be calling customers or turn off your online ordering.Update: Got our food 2 hrs and 20 min after ordering. No drinks and the order was wrong. Not ordering from this location again.
Waited over 45 minutes for my food. Not only was the sandwich made incorrectly, I was also given the wrong drink.On top of it all, it was delivered to my neighbors house!!!Come on people, do better.
Ordered over 45 minutes ago and my food still isn’t out for delivery. I’m literally 0.6 miles away from the store. What am I tipping for if you can’t even leave the store in a timely matter? 45 minutes for 1 wrap?Now at 1 hour, still no sign of my food.

Today, I ordered a sub at 11:30. I didn't get the sub till almost 1:30. I called after an hour and the guy, who answered the phone said they were busy and that was it.
Possibly the slowest and worst JJ franchise in existence. Freaky slow.
So disappointed with this location. They claim they’re freaky fast however this is the second time I’ve ordered from here and it’s taken over an hour and 15 mins. Not only did we have to wait longer than expected for being less than a mile and a half away, but my order has been messed up. Soggy bread, which whatever that happens with sandwiches, adding condiments that were asked to be taken off. We love jimmy johns but not from this location. We will not be ordering from this store any longer.
I ordered last night before they closed. Abt 10: 11. Their tracker says I got my food at 12:44, past their close and MIDNIGHT. I was already asleep by that point and not expecting any food anymore. The drink was not there the next morning but my sandwich was. Absolutely ridiculous, I can't believe I got charged for food that I A) never got or B) was sitting in front of my door for hours because these clowns think delivering past midnight much less their close time makes sense. I'll just make my own sandwich next time and avoid a 2 and a half hour waste of time.EDIT 4 Days Later I was emailed by a director of operations from the company who didnt offer any real solution to the fact that they delivered a sandwich to me well past a time I would expect rather than cancel for the night or offer me any updates. I would have a sandwich that hasnt been sitting in front of my door past the crack of dawn or my money back. Or something more than "its hard for us to find staff right now. maybe when the fall semester picks up we can get some workers then."
Hard as a piece of lumber bread. Gross and stale. I picked everything off and threw the bread away.
