Was there on Sunday 6-5-2022. They don’t deserve 1 star but otherwise I couldn’t leave a review.Only 1 waitress working and took 30 minutes to get our food. She told us that the manager wouldn’t come in to help. We told her to go work at 2 Brothers and she said she had other customers tell her that. Everyone was complaining to her about the situation. On the way out we did tell people waiting to be seated that eating here is a bad choice. They also left. This place just needs to close if management doesn’t care. I feel it won’t be long.
I guess they're doin' the best they can, given the labor shortage. It took kind of a long time to get our food out to us, considering that the place was nearly empty. The servings were small--my "serving" of mashed potatoes, for instance, was about two tablespoons. The waitress was nowhere in sight when we needed coffee refills. This place used to be better, but it's fallen on hard times.
When we arrived we were rushed to order drinks, 5 minutes later was asked to order food. We ordered the food waited 30 minutes. The food we received was like they pulled it out of the trash. My husband got side salad and they decided to put mushrooms when it doesn't come with any. Unless you ask, Manger even agreed with that! I ordered a Cali turkey club and I thought it was healthy options. I was wrong, it was soaked in butter (I have medical condition where I can't eat butter, I would of been in the er getting my stomach pumped. We also ended up having 3 different waitresses that all seemed to be on drugs. However the lady Manger was very nice and I appreciate her talking and explaining stuff like human being. But unfortunately I will never go back.
HORRIBLE location. Do NOT go here. Staff doesn't listen. Staff was loud and obnoxious in the background and male Staff member death stared me when he came out of kitchen area. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes and they gave me regular pancakes with a cup of chocolate chips on the side. Food was cold, cheese was unmelted. Disgusting experience. Staff sat in the back playing Uno and eating food having a great time while customers were in store.
My family and I frequent this establishment a few times a month and normally our experience is great but this afternoon we had the worst expeeience I've ever had dining out. After waiting over half an hour after our order was placed we noticed other tables that came in some time after us were already getting their food, 45 minutes after our server took our order he came back to the table and said apologized for the wait and alerted us he just put the order in. Over an hour after our order was taken I'm sitting at my table with two hungry kids and still no good. We just got up and walked out, I have never witnessed such incompetence.TIPS= To Insure Prompt Service.
I'm going to echo some of the previous recent reviews and write that my friends and I had a terrible experience yesterday morning! When we got there, it took awhile for anyone to notice we were even there. Finally, a waiter in training saw that no one had helped us so he came and greeted us. He told us he just needed someone to check the seating chart before we were seated. Then, his trainer, came over and was frustrated instantly, telling him that he didn't need to wait for a seating chart and that he should just seat us. Once seated, my friend asked for water. When she received it, it was tinted pink! It was really unappetizing to look at and she didn't touch it. Our training water was very kind, polite, and attentive, but he was very awkward because he was new and that made us a little uncomfortable. My other friend then ordered cheesecake pancakes and was served regular. The woman who was mad about the seating chart, was then annoyed that the order was wrong and came out to bring her new ones and apologized. During us eating, the staff were arguing behind the cooking partition. At one point the grumpy lady walked out of the partition stating that "This is Bulls***" This is TOTALLY unacceptable to say in front of customers. There were kids dining there this morning!! At the end, we asked for our check to be split three ways. WELL that seemed to also annoy grumpy waitress lady, as if the trainer guy could do NOTHING right. She told us she would take care of it and we never saw her again. We flagged down training guy who ended up taking care of it himself. If I'm coming to breakfast and dropping $17, you better make it worth my while and a pleasant experience. If it weren't for the politeness of our training waiter I would have tipped $0 this morning and dropped my review to a 1 star rating. Get your act together IHOP!
Every table not seated was sitting with food and dirty plates. Over 10 tables were dirty and not cleaned. Loud Mexican music was playing throughout the whole restaurant. Kitchen staff were yelling at the server.
Had to wait to be seated. It was not busy at all. The place was disgusting. Very dirty. Didn’t get one refill. Horrible
Arrived at 9.50, got out at 11:44. After waiting 40 minutes after we ordered to ask someone what was going on, it was evident our order hadn't been put in. No one checked in with us during that time or after...never even an explanation or offer of compensation. Had to seek out the bill ourselves and the manager refused to even interact with us while we were waiting up front to try and get the bill. It wasn't even a rush time...so poorly run.
When you go, just remember they are having a hard time with very few people wanting to work. Be kind, and understanding to those who are working hard. Food was good and the service was good under the circumstances.
