The waitstaff and cook were really nice people! The bathroom was stinky and you can tell it was being covered up by floral bathroom sprays. Find the root of the stench, fix it, and it'll go away.
The Manager Jordan was Awesome. Came in 15 mins before close and didn't try to kick us out.(We are from out of town). Super clean restaurant, with friendly and welcoming staff. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone that likes good tasting food! Thanks again guys we will be back!
My boyfriend has a shellfish allergy. The lady on the grill went above & beyond to accommodate it. Not only that, they were the busiest I've ever seen them since I've been going there & most of the time she attended the grill by herself. She not only kept it moving but did so graciously & with a smile on her face. Even after she had gotten burned. Whoever you were on the grill today (6-5-22 around 4pm) at the Oshkosh, WI location you deserve double pay!
My daughter and I love it. Great selections of meats, veggies, and sauces. Employees are very helpful. And if you are from the south, like I am, you will love their iced sweet tea. ????
If you’re into Asian cuisine and you want authentic cuisines, do NOT dine here. Pretty much basic hibachi you can make yourself at home. First time and never again. Take it from me.
Dirty!! From the grilling area to the restrooms. I was in shock how dirty and run down this place has gotten. Very disappointed! Staff did not once wash hands after touching face and clothing. Person at the register mentioned they did the recent remodel because they lost all of their staff who were "heroine addicts". Wow! We will not be back.
Huhot is pretty good. I like the aspect of basically picking out your own ingredients to make a dish. You get your own drinks and pick where you want to sit. I like that you get to pay right away instead of waiting for a bill like they used to do. The only thing I don't like is that they ask for a tip when their really isn't any service being done for the customers because it's basically self serve and there isn't anyone really serving you.
Remodel is a great idea, pay up front, get your own drinks, eat all you want, flip the card and leave. Perfect. Food options are always well stocked, staff are always friendly, and the grillers are usually a grin. We can't get enough of this place.
The grill allows you to customize your meal. You choose all of the meats, vegetables from the buffet like bar. You then add your sauces so the flavors are endless. It's all cooked in site on a giant griddle.
Have not been in for about a year. Went for lunch today and boy has it changed and not for the good. Food was under cooked, Self serve for soda and dont bother asking for coconut shrimp or any deserts.... total let down and we won't be going back.... Lost this customer
