Breakfast is ok specially if you do t want to leave the hotel, friendly service. We tried lunch and I ordered the salmon, rice was very dry probably microwaved? The asparagus didn’t taste fresh. Cheese curds were good chicken wings were too Fries could be better with less pepper. On the other hand the bar service at night is one of the worst I have ever had (inside bar) bartender Jade.
Ryan was / is a super amazing bar tender. Personable, attentive, caring, smart and customer oriented!

Came for a week with a group. Bar and restaurant EXTREMELY busy. Bartenders continually provide excellent service - with a smile and sometimes a juggling show! Thoroughly enjoyed our time with Jade and Ryan. Got to know us and both went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and our stay was a great experience. Completely superior service with a smile!
This place is a gem! I called ahead to see if they allowed dogs on their patio and their response was "absolutely we love dogs!". The minute we sat down a manager brought a dog bowl of ice water and a dog treat. The patio is right on the water and a lovely place to relax. The food was also amazing. I had one of their flatbreads, so good. We will definitely stop here again on our way through town!
My companion and I received excellent service and the food was well prepared and served in a timely fashion, though my pork chops were a touch on the dry side. We sat outdoors along the river on a beautiful summer evening. Our experience at the Ground Round was quite positive.
Ryan is the best waiter I’ve ever had, he made our lemonades just the way we like them and had a good vibe the whole time! We did come in Memorial Day so the lobby was closed, but that did not change his impression on us coming in. He made sure we were served and was just a great employee overall. :)
Amazing experience tonight! After a very long afternoon at graduation ceremony we ended up walking into this place expecting the same story 2 to 3 hour...wait... Well with this amazing staff not only did they accommodate us for a table of ten within 10 minutes of walking in door....the food was amazing! We will be back thank you again and Cheyenne..great service all around!
Was here may 14th for breakfast as usual at the service was not good at all. We sat in a booth and when a waitress finally came she was very nice. She went and got us our coffee, slamming the pot down and was only enough for a cup each, disappereared, came and finally took our order, and never saw her again except walking back and forth. We waited 15 minutes for our simple breakfast and finally just got up and left without paying for the one cup of coffee we both had. Service was very bad and will not be returning anytime soon.
Ryan, Jade, and Erin are all great bartenders and provide amazing service. Thank you so much - we’ll be back!
