Ok. Like that they have an outside bar. I wish they had food menus sitting out.
Every weekend in the summer we enjoy shopping the farmers market and grabbing a bloody mary. Fletches has been our go-to place, however that will be changing. Many, many times last summer and now the past two weekends this summer, the make you own bloody mary bar has no fixings on it. All bowls of cheese, pickles, peppers, mushrooms, etc. were completely empty. Others were saying they asked the bartender (Ryan) at the bar to bring stuff out but said he was too busy. We all then started going up to the bar and asking for garnishes and he only had olives. He definitely gave the vibe he didn't appreciate us all asking. My question to this establishment is why have a bloody mary bar if staff refuse to keep up with it? And why do you still have Ryan at the front of the house representing your establishment? As mentioned above this is a reoccurring situation. People are not getting what they pay for. Then to have less then friendly service on top of it doesn't sit well. Not sure what this place is thinking but they are NOT he only option in this area to patronize. It's unfortunate because we really enjoy their outdoor space.
Sunday night Jazz is always fantastic. All the bartenders are wonderful and the drinks are always good.
I live 4 houses away from fletch’s and the obnoxious incredibly loud music that they play on WEEKNIGHTS is astounding. I shouldn’t have to drive to a friends house with my baby just so she can sleep. Again, I live 4 houses away and my own baby wakes up screaming because of how loud and insane the music is. Very unprofessional.
The thing I liked most about Fletch's was the live music. The band was phenomenal and played a lot of jazz and older music which I love. The bartender was also very friendly and made my drinks perfectly.
Want an awesome atmosphere with piss poor management, welcome to fletches… so many better local establishments that will appreciate your patriotism. Support a local business that supports local Oshkosh!

Love the environment, great atmosphere outside during summer. never have had issues with Ryan (like ever seems to claim, he's a good person in my book!!), Jeremy is a great hardworking owner. Tony and Kyle are my favorite great bartenders too!!
