FHS catered for my sons graduation party. They killed it!!!!! All 100 subs were fresh and delicious. Presentation was awesome! Lots of extras (dill pickle spears, condiments, quality plates and napkins). On time and a really great price. I highly recommend!!!!! Oh, and super friendly staff. Hard to find friendly service the days! Thank you!!!
My grandchildren and I recently visited Firehouse Subs, after we found it listed on the Gluten Free app. My granddaughters and I must be gluten free, so this was an exciting idea to us--to go to a sub place that offered not only gluten free bread, but REALLY good gluten free bread! Besides that, the staff was so friendly and helpful to our crazy bunch of cousins! Thank you! Thank you!
Delicious! My family always enjoys picking up Firehouse. We drive from Appleton to Oshkosh just to get it. I especially enjoy stopping because the owner, a friendly older gentleman, is always so welcoming. He reminds me of my grandpa and I just look forward to the brief chat. The Philly sub is my favorite and the staff are always willing to tweak the Turkey Bacon Ranch club to be chicken for my husband. The chili is also a must! We enjoy our meal every time and like to round up our purchase for their foundation!
Excellent everything! You have to try these subs if you want a really great one. Meat is roasted to perfection and toasted. Bread is also great.Customer service was impeccable in late afternoon on a Friday.Even brought our soup out to us.
Walked into this Firehouse as an Eatstreet driver to pick up a 12 sub order. Order was supposed to be ready in 5 minutes according to my app. I received confused looks and was told "We haven't even started that yet" and then they proceeded to argue and complain about what everyone was supposed to be doing. I tried to talk with an older gentleman that appeared to be the manager and was completely ignored twice! No eye contact nothing he ignored me then walked away. I waited a good 15 minutes past the due time and on top of everything I. The app it says they don't want us using there bathrooms. Just terrible I will not be going back to firehouse subs in Oshkosh.
Their Brisket Sub is one of our favorites. We get it just about every time. Nobody serves anything like it.

Best subs in Oshkosh by far, personally met the owners and they’ve gone above and beyond every single time. I’ve ordered for a big party and everybody really enjoyed the experience. I’ll continue to order for large parties to include food for my family. Very clean and organized. Highly recommended.
