I have loved Fazolis since I was a little girl. Italian food is my kryptonite :) Today, I went to the Oshkosh location with a gift card in hand and very low in cash. Within moments of arriving, I realized I wasn’t sure what I wanted since there’s SO many great options! Within seconds of deciding what I wanted, I heard a very sweet voice greet me. Carlie Jo walked up to the counter and was ready to take my order. I was instantly impressed with how kind she was! From start to finish, she was making me smile and made my experience outstanding! She also knew the menu very well and was able to answer my questions within seconds with ease. And the best part of all, I was short $0.12 for my bill and Carlie Jo asked Travis (i’m assuming a manager) if it was okay. They let me slide on that last $0.12 instead of not being able to get my beloved Fazolis I was looking forward to. In the end, Carlie Jo personally brought me the to-go order and left me with a smile. They both deserve recognition and I have found a new favorite location! Thanks for the kindness you two! ?
As soon as we walked in all you could smell was this strong sent that smells like rotting flesh. We were questioning why the drinks all tasted off and was hoping the food would make it up. The food came out looking amazing but as soon as you tried it, it all tasted like plastic. My noodles were hard and just tasted off. The breadsticks were soggy and not very pleasant, it was just dough. I used to love this place and will never come again. I asked for a refund and when the manager came walking out he blew vape smoke right by me. He came up rudely and said what do you want. He gave me the refund but as soon as we were about to walk out I saw another coworker sitting next to us with a vape right on the table. Never ever again
First of all fazollis is a favorite of mine it's usually great food at a great price ,but I was in this fazollis on Monday night to order out ,I ordered spaghetti and the employees in the kitchen sounded like they were dropping things ,several times I heard loud crashing sounds and when I got home and we were eating spaghetti it had wood splinters in it .so I'm assuming something got dropped and broke into pieces and some of it ended up in the spaghetti,I realize this was probabely a one time incident and poor judgement but needless to say the spaghetti went in the garbage and we spent the rest of the evening wondering if we ate any slivers
we did not receive any breadsticks when our food came out because there weren't any ready, fine. once the next tray came up they gave them to other customers. when I went up to get some they were gone again. still waiting, it has been over 20 minutes and my food is getting cold. finally got 2 breadsticks after a 45 minute wait. we have now been here an hour and have not gotten any more. I finally had to order a dozen breadsticks and PAY for them. I think I should have just asked for a full refund and left after the 30 minute mark.
The food was great and Evan the cashier was great he was doing it all ringing people up being out the food taking the dishes back all by himself with a smile on his face he was super friendly and was doing such a good job that guy should get a raise !!!!!
We placed an UberEats order, when we received the food it was super dry with no sauce on the pasta. It has no flavor at all. All we could taste is the plain pasta itself. The phone number for this location doesn’t work either. We’ll never go to a Fazoli’s again!!! If you want pasta just go to Noodles and Company or go to Olive Garden instead.
Went through the drive through at 850pm. Workers were making animal noises and screwing with us through the intercom AND at the window. Even threw a fork at the window to try and scare us. We did not eat the food because we did not trust what the two men inside did to it. Wasted money.

Came here tonight to give it a try as they are one of a few casual dining rooms open during the worker shortage.Service was good as were the wings. Not bad at all! Servers were accommodating and polite. We will return!
Yummy, on the go Italian food. Love the prices AND the current pumpkin cheesecake is really delicious!
