Person made the sandwich a few minutes before it was supposed to be done which was nice. Person was nice and food was solid.
Used to be a favorite place. Quality has fallen through the floor to the point of being largely inedible. Really too bad, but Jimmy johns has blown by this place.
The new Asian sandwich which is call ban mi sandwich...lol it's just hilarious cause it's a white version ban mi sandwich it's taste too sour maybe I can show them how to make a real money making ban mi Asian style one...good try erbert and gerbert
Slow delivery and most of the time o don't even get my food or they drop it off at another person's house. To many problems
Stopped at the Oshkosh location today while my son and I were in town and NEVER again will I return nor order from here. Customer service was great but I payed 10.00 for the bread to be torn so as I'm eating the toppings are falling out and at the end right where the lady was cutting my sandwich in half there was veggies and whatever else ALL OVER. In between making sandwiches why not scrap the extra veggies into the trash?????? At that very moment when I saw that "mess" I was debating if I wanted a refund before I even get my sandwich and spend my money at Jimmy John's where it is so much more worth my money. Needless to say I took the sub and as I have said I will NEVER return.
the restaurant changed the hours, but their website didn't. you can give them a bunch of money for nothing and wait indefinitely to get it back.
Over an hour for 2 sandwiches...still arent here. Now I remember why we stopped ordering here.
Terrible customer service and even worse delivery. Last 4 times I’ve order over this last year they can’t get a 2 sandwich delivery to me in less than 1 hour and 45 minutes. Tried one last time today placing an order at 11:21am, finally at 1:06pm I called and asked for a refund. That place is a joke, pull their franchise. This business isn’t for them. What’s a joke. Just ordered jimmy John’s, it will be here in no time.
Come on! Talk about trying to talk my order off? I would like to place an order for delivery.(its going to take a hour and some change. I said fin. So I tell him what I want. He tells me well thats going to take over two hours and some change. They said they have to bring out more brisket and can only do one at time. What! Realy.forget it then.Youcan tell he didn't want to be there.?
I have never ordered erberts and gerbert's before. As a way to reach outside the norm I ordered here. Two kids subs with chips and juice, and one ham sub with avocado. 50 minutes later my order delivered one single bag. I asked if the drinks were in there and was told they should be. I walk in open the bag and there's only three subs.I call and give a heads up that we are missing these items and need them. I get a mumbled response and I repeat the items again. I've now been been sitting here for an hour waiting for our other items I have a feeling are not coming.Not ordering here again.
