the vibe is usually flowing good here - sometimes the drive thru gets busy - so picking up mobile order inside or adding 10 minutes to pickup time might on the mobile app might make your experience a lil better. ?
I did enjoy my doughnuts, but there was nothing amazing about the to push this review over the top and make me give them 5 stars.
Dunkin' Donuts really does make quality products, I ordered 2 dozen custom made Fourth of July frosted donut rings for my coworkers at both my jobs and they were phenomenal and I don't just mean in taste, they managed to retain their shape and frosting quality as I traveled on the road and I have to ride around on a moped. Thank you everyone for making me and everybody else happy. Long Live Dunkin' Donuts.
As long as I order ahead for pick up, my experience is good. I get my order quickly and how I ordered it.
Good doughnuts, just sad to see 13 people working with 5 standing around doing nothing looking like lost ducks. With one person working 1 of 3 register's and a good size group of people in lobby.
Lately the workers have been rude, today we came for a 50% off coupon for the dog discount and she wouldn’t even give us the coupon. She also messed up our order and didn’t give us some items we ordered. The carmel macchiatos that I get are always not filled all the way, and some of the donuts are hard. This has been happening frequently, so now we are going to be going to Starbucks instead.
We love Dunkin’ but the Oshkosh location is not anywhere near as nice as the Menasha and Appleton locations. They encourage mobile ordering which is great, I’m all about mobile ordering, BUT they advertise these new donuts for Valentine’s Day and they are available on the app so we ordered 2 of each. Not a large number at all. I’m not asking for 24!of each flavor and they always say they are out of the kind we want. They also say they can’t refund the donuts since it was a mobile or and ask to switch them for other flavors. If we wanted other flavors, we would order them. We chose 4 Boston Kreme instead since they ‘can’t refund a mobile order.’ The picture is one of the donuts I got. There’s a reason they have boxes but this location always throws 4 plus donuts in a bag. The frosting gets all messed up, sticks to the bag etc. This time my messed up donuts also came with a HAIR! (See towards top of donut) GROSS. I think we are done at this location. Also side note, the valentines donuts came out 2 days ago and you are ‘out’ of them? Maybe ordering and preparing needs to be better as well.

The staff was very fast and friendly and the coffee is good but the donuts are absolutely awful!!!! I don't know what happened to their donut recipe. Definitely don't get anything with filling cuz there ain't none!! I grew up living across the street from a DD and things are sure different. Would not recommend for donuts. Only coffee.
Went through the drive tru and was rudely greeted by Kaela. She made me feel unwelcome by the time I got to the window. She should not be working in customer service or should be in any leadership position if she is. If that’s how management is training their employees, they need to rethink training methods and who is qualified to actually interact with customers. You never know what people are going through in their daily lives, treat everyone with care. As a business owner I would not condone this type of service.
