Pizza was nice and hot upon arrival! 10/10 would order again! Pizza arrived super fast- mere minutes- and gave me a perfectly filling lunch AND dinner! The Parmesan bread bites are simply divine and have sent me to another plane with their deliciousness! I’m getting hungry just as I’m typing this. The only qualms I have is the sheer quantity of grease but otherwise that was an amazing meal!!!!
Ordered from here 50+ times over the years. I would honestly say maybe 30 out of 50 times, I got exactly what I ordered. Today was kind of the last straw for me. I ordered Chicken Alfredo and a Chicken Parm sandwich. The sandwich I received was a chicken bacon ranch or something (photo reference below), and there was practically no sauce on my pasta. I called and was told the manager is on break and would call me back when she got off, I offered to leave them my number, and was told “it’s in the system, don’t worry about it“. I knew right then I wasn’t getting a call back. In the past they have constantly missed toppings on my pizzas, or forgotten items all together. Once or twice is one thing, but 2 out of every 5 orders being incorrect is unacceptable. Try a different company, or different store if you want to ensure accuracy with your order.
Always forgets my food and doesn’t taste as fresh as other pizza places in the area. Try to order from one of the Pizza @ restaurants and you will see what I mean about fresh. Even West End Pizza is so good. Nobody can top pizza king for best in the city though.
Work for a hotel and Delivery Driver threw food when she delivered for a guest and marched away. When I called the store to speak with the manager on duty about the driver she swore at me and hung up. I called again and she did the same thing. Her Name was Sara and she was the rudest and most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't deliver through here unless I wanted boxes of pizza thrown at me on the clock. The way Sara screamed and swore at me with no intentions of helping should be her being demoted or fired. According to other reviews she has a tendency to bully customers. Do better.
Waiting two hours to eat my supper sucks this is not good for the company people work hard and they sometimes don't want to cook and some not one bad day but having two bad days is not good you should never have to wait for your delivery and be lied to on how long it takes I had that happen I had never had this happen and the driver was very rude I assume it was because he didn't get a tip! I'm not tipping someone who is rude and lying to me on the time! My pizza was cold but not bites they were hot!!!
Love domino's, when I wanna eat in a half hour or so, but too lazy to make anything, this domino's is my answer. Nice people, timely delivery, and easy ordering options, are just a few positives.
Put in a order and waited an hour with no update on the website. I called and when the employee and answered the they were overly rude and told me it would be another hour or so then asked what I wanted. After asking why it would be over two hours for one pizza they responded by asking what I wanted then said "we're busy what else do you want?"I didn't know what to say so they hung up.Will NOT be ordering from that dominos again
I honestly don’t care how long it takes to receive my food. I get it, everywhere is short staffed. So things take time. BUT when my family & I called to check in on our order we talked to a girl named Sarah. Who in my opinion needs to check her attitude or lose her job period. The way she talks to customers is absolutely ridiculous & NOT okay. We said, “Hello, just wanted to check in on our order, we’re in no way complaining or anything like that.” & she says “DO YOU WANT HOT FOOD OR COLD FOOD?” & goes on being very very rude. & I’m sorry, if I talked to a customer like this at my job I’d be fired immediately. I’m in no way a “Karen” but this kind of behavior is absolutely not okay.
Honestly I usually order the sandwiches and haven't had any issues. Last night I decided to order pizza for the family and we were all VERY VERY displeased with the quality of our pizza it was very and I mean VERY undercooked. Literally trying to pick up pieces out of the box and about a quarter or more of each slice ripped off as we went to pick pieces up and it remained stuck to the box because it was so badly undercooked and soggy it couldn't even be lifted off the box. We also ordered the parmesan bread knots for the first time and if they were smaller bread knots they weren't bad but there was several that were bigger and they were also undercooked. Took a bite and it was like pure dough. It instantly made me throw up due to how horrible it was. The only thing that turned out ok was the order of the chocolate lava cakes. Oddly they were a little burnt around the edges. Will definitely be looking elsewhere when I want to order pizza. So disappointed in domino's. Faithful customer here last week our pizza was made wrong, was hung up on when I asked for them to bring a new one back to me. Brushed it off. This time same delivery driver who claims he is a manager asked me for a tip then stated he only makes money off tips and to do better, then continued to slam my door. Dominos is less than 3 minutes from my house and I always tip a small amount for this reason. Call me what you want for that-completely unprofessional will never order from dominos on Jackson street ever again.Oh and the cherry on top of everything our order is still wrong tonight and we have burnt cheesy bread and still doughy pan pizza ?So so so wrong. Very disappointed again in this manner.
