The new Caramel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzard does not disappoint. My son had the Girl Scout Thin Mint Blizzard and that too was amazing!Like any great summer night in Wisconsin the line at this location was out into the street. No fault of DQ, it's just everyone wanted DQ at the same time.Staff is always friendly.
Very disappointed! Went through the drive thru and waited about a half an hour. Ordered honey bbq chicken strips then got all the way home only to find out we received plain chicken strips and the toast and fries that came with it was hard and rubbery like it had been sitting under heat lamps for ever. Shouldn’t matter what time you go thru the drive thru, you should always receive freshly cooked food! That is what you are paying for! Not left overs! ?
i love this location, but I came through tonight and it was very busy it looked like, and my order got a little messed up. It was rang in correctly but just made wrong. I ordered a turtle pecan blizzard with added heath and got only a heath blizzard with no caramel, fudge, or nuts. I didn’t have the time wait in the drive thru for another 20-30 mins so I was hoping there would be some other way to make it right for next time we come by. Thank you.
This is the worst dq I've ever been to. Rude enployees who don't care to check the order or correct their mistakes.The enployees sounded disinterested and un friendly over the speakers. When we got to the window they gave us all of our items then closed the window without having us pay. We waited until they came back and paid. We informed them that they had given us the wrong blizzard, the enployee said "no that's your blizzard" even tho we had the receipt and blizzard right there. Very obviously not the blizzard that was on the receipt. Without apologizing or going to get a different enployee they closed the window. Our slushies where un-mixed as well. They didn't even think to say a greeting over the speakers or any form of "have a good night" like other restaurants and locations do, they just shut the window.These enployees lack discipline or respect and are very rude. They dont care to provide a quality service to customers. Do better.
The young man taking drive thru orders does not like his job and should NOT be out front with customers.
Order was accurate and tasty. They seemed very under staffed. The front line cashier did a great job under pressure. It was very busy and all of the team was working very hard.
Terrible, I ordered the $6.00 special with Mayo. Pickle, onion, & Strawberry Sundae, & a child's plain burger which was up charged to regular burger, reached home ready to grub, but I had Mustard which I cannot stand it makes me sick, & ketchup & pickle, NO MAYO NO ONION...Had to rinse it in warm water eat with no bun, fresh were hot, sundae was good, child's burger was regular burger which was just a burger!!!! Very disappointed ?

We have stopped at this DQ many times and have always had good experiences whether we are ordering grill or chill. We primarily use the drive thru service which can often mean getting in a long line but the line usually moves quickly. Our orders have been taken quickly and food has been served with a relatively short wait time. We have found the staff to be friendly and competent.
