Very poor! Placed order at 5:52pm, paid for the order and told to pull into spot 1. Then sat there while everyone behind us (probably 5 vehicles) got their food. Had to call them to ask where our food was at 6:05. They said Oh, it will be right out. Waited another 5 minutes to be told they were too busy inside and had to make new burgers. Got home, less than 5 minutes away and the food was all cold and definitely not "fresh". Very UNSATISFIED. They didn't even offer anything to make up for their mistakes. ??
I don't do dairy queen often because of the notorious slowness of the operation. We all really wanted blizzards today though. We came through around 7pm to order late dinner and blizzards. Had I known I wouldn't be leaving the parking lot until 7:48pm I would have just gone elsewhere. Add in that our blizzards never got flipped and rightfully so as they were starting the melting puddles already. Our food order took a good 15 minutes at window. Our fries/cheese curds sat on top of the fry stand the entire time. By the time we got home I had chocolate ice cream melted down my seats and soggy limp (smashed) fries. Not to mention everything was room temp already.
I was at this DQ with my three daughters. Very unfortunate experience. First time there, and we waited 30 minutes for 4 Blizzards. Hardly anyone in the dinning room no line. We get the blizzards and they were half melted and not what we ordered. My daughter went up to the front to explain the order was wrong, and the Employee started to walk away as she was talking. When called back, the employee rolled her eyes. The manager came to our table and was rude, saying that my daughter was out of line, and she'd make the blizzards. So after 50 minutes of placing our order we finally received ot. Then the Employees and manager was talking nice and loud about the issue. Not professional, can't take criticism.

DQ is one of my favorite places to go for fast food. Love the different options for sides, love the burgers, and LOVE the sweets.
Great menu many more options for food than I'm used to from the Dairy Queen in my area.
Messes up your order, tells you that you will receive a coupon in the mail. Two weeks go by, no coupon.I refuse to leave until the situation is fixed. Calls the cops.Receives a coupon 2 days later..I go back there a year later, because I'm a forgiving guy, and I noticed squad car at DQ and several around the city block as I eat across the street 15 minutes after ordering my food. I calmly put it into drive and proceed towards home.I tried contacting the owner about this via social media and telephone, but I was not able to get ahold of him.Let's not forget what that lovely cashier said to me a year ago that day, "You're literally arguing with a teenager, does that make you feel good about yourself?"

The service was really good but sadly they closed down early for. The season due to a staff shortage ..in Oshkosh
New chocolate dipped strawberry was excellant. Going to be back for this one
