Worst experience in years and years at many different Culver's!!!!! The young gal taking orders got my order all wrong. An Assistant Manager from Fond du lac came to help make it right. He was going to charge us too much. We asked to speak to the lady Manager who wanted to do ALL the talking. My husband asked her to please listen. She said, "I didn't have a full understanding of what happened and I'll just do it." Snotty attitude! She brought the food and plunked it on the table. No apology. No I'm sorry. No I want to make this right. Their sign outside says, " We want to make sure every customer leaves happy." What a joke! We are NOT happy. Very poor manager!!!! We will never ever eat there again!!!! And Corporate will hear about this!
My family stopped for ice cream a few days ago while traveling through town. Unfortunately while we were there our son got sick. Thankfully there was a young lady working that was a gift from God because she was there immediately with napkins, a fresh glass of water, and a bag for us to take in the car just in case he were to be sick again. She had everything cleaned up and taken care of so quickly. She did mention that her mom runs an in home day care and that she was no stranger to the situation. That young lady deserves some praise, and a raise in my opinion. I hope this review finds her. Thank you for making our experience not nearly as bad as it could have been. I'm sure you will go far in life with that kind of work ethic. Thank you again. From my whole family. ♥
Sometimes you just have to have something not particularly healthy - double cheeseburger butter burger hit the spot. Looking forward to the next time
I was craving a Culvers butterburger so I stopped there on my way home from work. And got a butter burger with the works along with onion rings. Onion rings were great but my 2nd bite into the burger, it was pink. I at 1st thought I was seeing things. Nope I tore it apart and the whole middle was pink. Im not sure how when the burgers are thin. But I could not finish it. What a waste of a craving. :(
This location has my heart. They just got IT, ya know? A passion for quality at no cost of convenience. I will always appreciate them buttery patties, gooey CURDelurds, perfectly perfect pretzel bites, and that sweet n’ creamy custard. Can you tell I’m a fan?Maybe it’s a Midwest thing, maybe they just got IT!
Terrible. I just moved to area so I am looking for a Culver’s. I order large vanilla concrete mixer with EXTRA butterfinger and (yes I pay extra) also a little hot fudge and they put so little butterfinge nor in it it just taste like hot fudge with vanilla custard. They didn’t mix noit up so just vanilla at bottom all hot fudge at top. Last time I checked they fill the cup up what a disappointment
We got the mushroom and Swiss basket and butter burger baskets both were tasty. Ordered cheese curds and I think they were a little over cooked because the cheese had seeped out of them. The restaurant was clean. I would have rated it higher but the staff in the kitchen and front counter were extremely loud and carrying on unprofessional conversations. Not a good image for a family restaurant.
Had the Culver's deluxe. The food was good but put together sloppily. The burger was hanging off one side of the bun while the cheese was hanging out the other side.
The food was greatThey only had one cashier working. The rest were standing waiting for food.
Culvers is pretty consistent. There food is great, but pretty pricey. The lady that brought our food to the car was awesome!
