Cousin's bread is the best. I like the option of fries with a sub for some reason ?♀️.Staff was friendly, and I didn't wait too long.
First time using their online order & pick up option. I liked this better for customizing. I ordered a chicken cheddar deluxe sub in a bowl, with extra meat and cheese for $1.99 which was worth it in my opinion. I also ordered regular cheese curds. In the note section I also requested 2 cups of ranch, I needed one for my cheese curds. (I should’ve asked for 3 since the salad was so big). I do think there should be a separate option in the online ordering for dressing/sauces but I appreciate the notes being seen and accommodated. The salad was great, everything was fresh and it was a large portion. Cheese curds were good, I’ve never had them before, regular was a good portion for one person. Pick up was easy and staff was friendly. Utensils and plenty of napkins packed in the bag as well.
Horrible costumer service, called to cancel an online order that was placed and was reassured by a staff member and "manager" that my order was cancelled. Checked my bank account and noticed I was charged $40 for the order that was suppose to be cancelled. Called back, and manager took my phone number and said their general manager would be calling me back at their soonest convenience. That was 3 days ago and still have not heard anything. Will not be coming to this cousins anymore.
First stop after the airport has gotta be Cousins!!! Why can’t we have one in Oklahoma!!!! So good! May I recommend the pepperoni melt (it’s my fave)
Use to love their bread..must have changed..soggy limp bread..service terrible..will not go back
The food and service are always excellent.
I like that I drove 40min home to find out like usual. 3 subs .2 Ham and cheese no onion . 1 Club no mayo. Well why even try to get what you ask for these days. Both have onion and mine has mayo. Plenty of lettuce though so there's that. Think we'll find a new sub place
Terrible place to enjoy a meal smells of weed inside the store everytime we go and the managers seem to be anti customer service from the core would recommend anyplace before cousins in Oshkosh their higher ups are laughable as well if you want something rectified you would have a better chance getting a response from the big man upstairs then these jokes
This is our first time at this location. We took our food to go since we live in a different town. They forgot one of our sandwiches so we had to turn around and go back. Their fries were fresh but lacking salt. And then they made two of the sandwiches wrong. We won't be returning to the Oshkosh store in the future.
The staff was super friendly, but the sandwiches were mediocre, the sides were soggy and super greasy, and the replacement drink we got when they were out of shake was just soda water.
