A few weeks ago I went through this drive through and waited forever to order and once I got home I realized I received somebody else’s food. Today I was in a hurry and there was only 2 cars in the drive through so I decided to swing though to grab lunch. There was a car by the window and a car ordering at the board. When I pulled to the board a car pulled in behind me and the employee asked me to wait a moment before ordering. I was now stuck in the drive through with a car in front and behind me and I sat there for 19 minutes! I checked in several times and asked said “I’m still here” and nobody answered. Finally after almost 20 min of being stuck and I got “we are busy” and then nothing. The car behind me finally decided to leave so I was finally able to get out of the drive though. I’m sure they are short staffed but if you are short staffed to the point where you can’t properly serve your customers then what is the point of being open? Burger King do better because your customers and staff deserve better.
Stopped here for lunch . Big mistake. One of the worker’s 2 teenage children were in the dining room. I heard everything personal going on in there lives as they continued to yell things back to their mother who was working the line. And she yelled replies back. I felt as I was in their personal kitchen. Witnessed another worker coming in shift who set her personal belongings down at a customer table and then went behind the line & started serving food. Definitely unimpressed with the entire visit.
Got 2 cheeseburger meals and the buns were so stale and dried out it fell apart when taking a bite , I called and the manager had the worst attitude and hung up on me saying I wasn’t just there when I have the receipt . Next time throw the old buns away and do a better job I’ll be contacting district due to poor management and unprofessional over 2 burgers .
Lobby closed too early and we had to go thru the drive thru, burger was cold, fries were good
stopped in on my way back to fond du lac ordered 2 imposable whoppers paid 15 Ficken dollars and an ice tea tea tasted like sugar water the sandwiches had nothing but the burger on it REALLY and i didnt go back to complain it too far to drive i was the only one there and u wonder why people treat u like Sh*( lazy prob why ur working at bk know one else will hire u
My partner and I got to the drive through at 6:48pm and there were cars ahead of us and cars behind us. A few minuets go by and the truck sped around and didn’t stop at the window. The van ahead of us pulled up to the order thing at 6:51 pm. She sat there until exactly 6:57pm and sped around but didn’t stop at the window. We pulled up and sat till 6:59pm then was yelled at very rudely that they were closed. Manager could have said it a lot better than YELLING through the mic but also every other fast food restaurant says that if there THAT large of a line every employee has to stay and serve the line. Manager is HEAVILY disrespectful especially for making all of us WAIT for over 10 minutes, not serve ANYONE, then yell at us that they’re closed.
Had a horrible experience. Went to this location on January 26, 2022. We didn’t know closing hours and take responsibility. Yet when my partner arrived at the drive thru we were greeted with “were closed”. With a rude tone. We simply left out of respect yet can’t shake the fact this person had no proper customer service.
Being that I'm a truck driver I can't use the drive thru and they wouldn't take my order thru the window.. they need to find a way to service truck drivers.. we need to eat too..
Normally i love BK, but this visit ruined chicken originals for me. Bought an italian chicken and an original, both were put together in such a rush that the bread was gross and hard and the sandwiches just tasted wrong.
Absolutely horrible, these kids are so disrespectful yelling and fighting customers. Swearing and tossin up gang signs. Handling the food with absolutely no gloves, sleeves all in food, hair doin to the counter. Very poor sanitation and health code.
