My son and I went here before heading to a movie. Our order went through pretty fast.The restaurant wasn't very busy. It was disappointing that we didn't get our food at the same time. I had to wait 5 minutes after my son got his food. My son had a cheeseburger that was nothing special. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, they didn't get my order right. A grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo. It came with cheese on it and hardly any mayo. Unfortunately, our waiter didn't come back to check on us for a long time. By the time he did, it would have been too late to do anything. The food would have been cold.
I’m not sure why we even bother ordering from here anymore. Two weeks ago, the food was missing all of the dips that should be included. All of food was delivered extremely soggy and the wings barely had any sauce on them.Tonight, we decide to order again and give it a second chance but instead order carry out this time. Again, our food was missing dips that were clearly listed in our order through the app (I didn’t ask them to check when I picked the food up because that is not something I should have to do as a customer). We ate everything except for the onion rings because we were missing the southwest dip that should have been included with them. Within 15 minutes of eating our food we are both not feeling well at all. Maybe it’s just coincidence and not the food but I don’t think we will be ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings again. Even if the food didn’t make us ill, the fact that the quality and completeness of our order is lacking is reason enough to spend our money elsewhere.

Waitress said she forgot to put our order in. Over an hour at least. She gave us 25% off which is nice but kind of messed up our day of shopping. Food was delicious but proportions are being cut way down. Probably last time I go here. #shoplocal I guess
Things seem to be getting worse each time I come here. Ordered Lemon Pepper wings for take out and basically got plain traditional wings. Last time I got a Buffalo chicken wrap and it was dry and had no ranch or hot sauce. If you know how lemon pepper wings are supposed to take look a look at my photo and tell me if those look like they have any seasoning at all. I unfortunately don't have time to go get it corrected so I just get to eat plain wings.
This place was busy because of a state cheer competition in town but our server, Gabriel was great. We had a decently large order and there were no issues whatsoever. He had great energy and made sure everything was clear and concise.
Ordered ahead for wings and a chicken sandwich, the pick up went smooth. Everyone in our party loved their food. Someone had the classic chicken sandwich and said it was really good. And three of us had traditional wings.The Asian zing, teriyaki, and the orange were all very tasty.
Did an online order went to pick it up at the tome it was supposed to be done and they were behind. There were people waiting to pick up orders also that were waiting for 30 + minutes. Ending up going home and needed to come back 20 minutes later to pick it up almost an hour after the original pick up time. I understand that it can get busy but there were times that there was no one at the desk to ask about orders since they were in the kitchen.
Went there with the family to sample the heat level with the BOGO boneless wings deal. Place was very busy and it took awhile to get our food, but if you're not in a hurry, the wings are tasty and it's fun to try the different sauces. BTW use caution if ordering the carolina reaper sauce. It haunts you for awhile :)
