Highly don’t recommend. For a ton of reasons.
Food was great but forgot both orders of fries.
Loved their rueben, so juicy and tasty. Don't forget the curly fries...yummmy!
Lobby still closed!? It’s not lack of staff. Pretty sure you’d have time to take customers orders and clean a few tables in between the one or two cars you get in the drive thru every 10 minutes
I live in Ripon and visit Oshkosh to see my parents when I can. I always stop by Arbys and get the mozzarella sticks and tenders, food is always fresh and hott and the staff at the Wi Dow is always friends and communicates to me that my food is cooking and if there will be a wait. 5 star service and 5 star people!
Kids said fries were great and food was fast but chicken tastes like rubber and didn't want to eat it
Thank you to the people at arbys on 20th St in oshkosh for their generosity. I order my food in the drive-thru and could not find my wallet to pay for it at the window, they said it was "on the house " and to not worry about it.....5min later, i realized my dog was sitting on the wallet and pushed it down into the seat. Once finding my wallet and walking back up to pay, the gentleman running the drivethru insisted it was free and on the house. I really appreciate it, thank you.
They did forget one of our drinks but we had a big order and I could tell they where short staffed. They where incredibly nice a speedy!
Went through drive-thru ordered meals for me my husband and two children got entire wrong order called when I got home told me to come back for replacement got there and nothing was done night manager on duty was rude cursed at me and told me she was not fixing anything through two coupons through my window with the number of the corporate on the receipt of the meals I had ordered wouldn't recommend this place to even a stranded homeless starving dog
Very good food. I often think about Arby's when im wanting to go out and get food from somewhere. It's probably the closest thing to restaurant quality food from any fast food food chain.
