The waitress was nice, but seemed annoyed the whole time and there was only two others in the restaurant tonight. I had my kids with me who are 5 and 1 and they didn’t even ask if I would like a high chair for my son. Took her a good 10 min to even ask what kind of drinks we wanted. Again only two other customers in the restaurant. ALL of our food was cold. The appetizer came out cold, and must have gotten the bottom of the chip bag because it was all tiny pieces of chips! How you suppose to dip those. My mashed potatoes and other food was all cold. I usually don’t have a issue here when I go, but tonight you could say otherwise.
Well still waiting to be seated even though there are more than half tables/booths available to be seated at but they have us waiting 10 to 15 minutes to be seated. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, food might be good. The hosting staff was also kinda rude.
Very slow, let my frozen drinknskt on counter until it was watery, dry mac n cheese, riblets were all bone. Horrible experience, only applebees in a 15mile radius and now i am going to have to drive 45 mins away just to applebees. Ridiculous
It was a pretty good experience. The waiter recommended the pretzel breadsticks, which were very good and came with honey mustard and a white queso sauce. I had a quesadilla burger and my partner had a steak, which he also liked. Overall I'd come back again.
Ordered take out for my clients and they messed up the order. They replaced it with a gift card that was fine well the day I picked up the gift card I ordered takeout for my kids and my mother and they proceeded to pay with the gift cards that was for my clients without my permission. So I called about that nothing was done I then ordered food about a week later take out for my mom and my kids because that's what they wanted they gave my mother shrimp on her salad when I asked for grilled chicken my mom is allergic to shellfish they then gave my daughter a bacon cheeseburger that was raw on the inside when I specifically said no pink nothing was done the kids menu chicken tenders for my little girl was harder than a hockey puck nothing was done I came in and they said they were going to give me a gift card I had the receipt in hand after I had called and they told me to bring the receipt for a cash refund nothing has been done I've been calling for a week and everybody seems too busy if I could give no stars I definitely would not a place to go would recommend McDonald's before coming here
Called in pickup order for 2 large grilled chicken Caesar salads & my salad didn't even fill the container. Had been looking forward to having one of their salads all day & was disappointed! ?
I enjoyed my prime rib sandwich. Wife felt her burger was a little bland. Drink had a strong pour and hit the spot. Waitress was friendly. Service was a little slow but we were in no rush so it was fine.

We went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday. There were 2 waiters and 2 tables when we arrived. We have 3 kids with us and 4 adults. We placed our order. The server read it back to us the make sure he had it correct. While we waited I over heard a fight in the kitchen between out server and the kitchen staff. We saw 3 more tables arrive after ordering our food. All 3 of those tables received their food before us. The spinach dip was creamy and hot when he got it, just wish the chips were bigger than the size of a half dollar. They were broken and made it tough to dip/scoop the appetizer onto our chip. We finally got our food and my steak that I requested be rare didn't have a single pink stain to it. It was completely over done. My son in law who ordered a medium rare stake was given a steak so rare the center was a little cold. The server tool my steak back and asked the kitchen to remake it. The second steak o received was so gamey I could hardly chew ot cut through it. I showed the served the lousy cut of meat I got and he simply apologized. My husband said his hamburger was top notch. My grandkids loved the fries but had nothing good to say about the pizza or blazing hot Mac n cheese they ordered. I was still charged for my lousy cut of steak and the kitchen did not correct my son in laws rare steak but offered to microwave it. He respectfully declined. We ended the night by having my daughter be given a sundae that she said was tasty. Overall not happy with the kitchen work. The server was wonderful and not shaken by the night he was having.
