Hate to leave a review like this but over the last 3 weeks I've stopped 3 times and it is always closed with a sign on the door"Closed due to staffing issues"Probably better for business paying more for reliable employees and actually being open rather than locking the doors all the time
Went to go get food on 3/21/22, hours say they close at 10pm. I pulled up at 9:05 pm and all lights inside and out were off. Was looking forward to a burger from here, ended up having to go elsewhere.
Ordered curds, papa sauce & freeze. Got curds and shake w/o sauce. The customer service here has always been subpar but apparently the kids that will “work” are incompetent.
We just ate at the a and W on 9th Avenue in Oshkosh. After waiting 30 minutes for our burgers. They both were very dry and overcooked. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss and a single papa Burger. It seemed like they had been cooked days beforehand .We have eaten at this location before and it's always been good.
Great food but customer service is a No Good!! I called 5 times and the last call a yound boy picked up and had a attitude like he didn't want to work. I went to there location and the gentleman at the front register had a disgusted face and looked like he didn't want to take a order..I hope and sure he has a good day and his name is Adam to be exact .that's what the receipt say!!
The food was delicious. The people were friendly. The music was awesome! Great lunch date with my hubby! ♥️

The restaurant was short staffed. But the kids who were working were working so incredibly hard. I felt bad because they looked shell shocked. But despite their obvious exhaustion, the food was amazing and they were friendly and helpful. All of those kids deserve a raise.
I love there food but thats not were they excel. My by far favorite part is there root beer. Like it dosnt taste the same from anywhere else. i got the bacon cheeseburger which while smaller then most places i think is worth it. Then the cheese curds were amazing some of the best in town.
Food was great but seemed to take a long time to prepare. We were asked to pull around to the front of the building and they brought our food out a few minutes later. I pointed out that they have a sign hanging at the drive through with their “New Winter Hours” (we were in August) and they said “Yeah, it’s been busy”.
