TERRIBLE service! Twice now I have been lied to on the waiting time for my orders. The website says 13-20 minutes, I wait 50 minutes. They will fulfill walk in orders BEFORE those waiting, if they "take less time to cook". That's BS in my book. They should have to wait after me. Then when I FINALLY get my food, it is SEVERELY overcooked and the wings are hard and inedible. VERY disappointed and NEVER returning to this Wingstop again.
I wish I could put no stars. Spent an hour waiting for my order and on top of that when I got my order they didnt have half of it ready and the half I got had no sause on the wings just oil. With a tea spoon of mild sause. The entire time I waited in the building you could just hear people complaining about messed up orders and wait times along with the manager threatening to fire employees. They seemed short staffed but with that kind of management I completely understand why.
If I could give zero stars I would. 03/18/2022 I DoorDash my Wingstop which was a big mistake. I ordered tenders and they sent me boneless wings instead! Nothing worse than having your mouth set on something and not getting what you paid for!!! I will not be spending anymore money with this place!!!
The customer service here is so bad, it’s actually laughable: So incredibly rude.Almost all of them have their AirPods in either on phone calls or listening to music, including the people up front. I picked up an order for doordash and after I took the bag I started to walk away and the woman behind the counter said, “I don’t know where you think you’re going, they have a drink.”?? Then why didn’t you hand it to me when you handed me the bag? You could have said that a lot differently. I then went over to the soda machine only for it to be out of ice. Tried to get the woman’s attention- she was texting on her phone, and without looking at me she said, “we’ll be right with you ma’am.”Just a lot of improvements the store manager needs to make at this location.
Worst service ever slow I recommend not going back to this one
My son is a college student and visits this location frequently as they are on his meal plan. They double charged him, we've tried calling multiple multiple times and they just don't answer their phone. Also emailed and called their 800 number only to be told they will call back and nothing. Not about the money, its the principle of it.

Young blk lady with braids took 20 minutes to see us, she was setting up bags instead of attending costumers. When I let her know we were ready to order to get her attention, she ignored us for another 5 minutes then she said."What do you want? You ready or not!?"Me and my wife looked at each other? SMH.Other employees walked around. I would nvr go here again after that and seeing other reviews about the same employees let's you know the company or its owner don't care and we are paying money and helping his business.DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS.
The service there was not good. The person who was working the front was rude and was taking ppl before the others that was standing in line. I would have seen that the ppl in the back would have helped pass out the orders instead of walking around doing nothing. Communication is the key when it comes to your job.
worst service I've ever had.. employees are rude and took 20 minutes to take order at counter. tried to get young ladies attention she ignored us when I said something the 2nd time she yelled" I heard you the 1st time" and came over and said, " what do you want" Food is good, but I wouldn't recommend this place to know one. got home order was wrong lol. but ate it any way.smh
From what I saw tonight, they are either understaffed or were completely overwhelmed with orders. Couple of the employees were kind of rude. One dude decided to cancel the order he placed because of an hour wait, and the lady behind the counter got rude with him, saying she wouldn't have taken his order if he wasn't gonna wait. Additionally, I waited like 10 minutes longer than expected, saying they were making my fries. When I got the fries, they were cold and mushy. I ate about half of them before I threw them out. Wings were pretty good though. Only reasons they're not at a 1 star is the wings, and I understand a lot of restaurants right now are struggling with staffing issues. But please don't make me wait longer just to give me cold fries, and don't get mad at the guy who calmly asks to cancel his order.
