Not going back i rather go far to another Wendy if i am a customer and spending my money and the workers are been rude and i am been nice as a customer why give an attitude an attitude at the end of the day you making money so from now on i rather take the bus and go far i really felt uncomfortable how rude they were i work in a restaurant for 22yrs and i now about this kind of work
I ordered online for curbside (when i pulled up the drive through had so many cars waiting ..seeing it was that busy I just ran in to make it easier) I went to the counter at Wendy's and said my name she handed me 2 cups with ice (which I'm kind of glad she did) saying the soda machine was broke in back so I can get my own soda (I tried almost all the sodas at the soda machine and they were either to syrupy or watered down. That was the only problem!They have meal deals if you place a order online( bundles for larger families) which I liked because they don't have it on the menu in store.
Service was good. Food was good.But there were 3 employees sharing a WEED BLUNT outside between the side entrance lobby and the main drive-thru window. That's EXTREMELY UNSANITARY and gross - Especially when we just got out of a viral pandemic. Even though it's decriminalized, IT'S STILL ILLEGAL IN WISCONSIN -Plus the stench permeates their clothes, hair, lips, breath, and MOST IMPORTANTLY THEIR FINGERS - Especially when they handle food afterwards! It doesn't matter if they've washed their hands, it's still DISGUSTING when they're BLATANTLY SMOKING WEED OUT IN PUBLIC AND BECOMING INTOXICATED ON THE JOB - And still have to handle food at hot temperatures, along with doing monetary transactions.Seriously?THAT IS EXTREMELY UNSANITARY AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL - Especially at a family oriented chain restaurant.
Y'all know Wendy's. The food is top notch for a fast food company. I have never had any issues with this location. Very good service.Often a queue if you come at a busy time. They usually go through it pretty fast.
My order was correct...but my service at the window SUCKED!Old(er, heavy-set, ornery) white lady was Not polite. (I failed to get her name???) She could not manage to squeeze out a hello, goodbye, a thank you or a You're welcome!My 9y.o. daughter counted 4 time i said T.Y. with No response.I was irritated.¿Why apply for a customer service job when you Obviously Hate CUSTOMERS?!?
Long lines and sometimes bad customer seevice but normaly pretty fresh. Better than the other ones in the area. Nice lobby with fire place and tv's
I went in tonight 3/31/22, it was about 5:50pm during rush dinner time. I was delivering for DoorDash. I just wanted you to say that your staff was amazing. Drive thru was 10 deep. 4 of us Door Dash drivers inside waiting on orders on top of other customers too.I waited 15 minutes but that wasn’t even an issue. Everyone worked together as a team. The manager was helping organize orders for DoorDash. The lone cashier inside was very good too. She was spinning like a tornado to complete orders.Please give your staff a pat on the back. Thanks get were awesome under duress.
Have been going to this location for years when I worked across the street at Remy battery never had a problem with ordering they always got my order right also love the worker jenica she's awesome
Good service and food. Enjoy the Double Stackers. I'm a customer since 1989.
I understand its a fast food restaurant but my burger was so greasy it was dripping my frys were cold. I very upset with my visit.
