Worst Wendy's by far! Drive thru was so packed I figured to just go in. I was not greeted by anyone in the front. I waited for more than 5min without service. When I was finally served the lady was rude and the wait on my food was over 13min for 4 Jr bacon cheeseburgers. Never again will I spend my money at this location.
They must be severely understaffed. I waited in line for 20 minutes before I ordered. I waited another 15 minutes after I ordered. I drove off before I got my order. And I for the first time I used the Wendy's app and pre paid for the food. I canceled my order as I drove off. I haven't been refunded yet
Honestly the worst Wendy’s in Milwaukee, the workers here hate their job and make it very apparent, cold food, ridiculously long wait times, wrong orders and just over all bad customer service. If you hate your life and want to join them, hop in the drive thru line, well that is if they don’t close before 10pm even though they’re supposed to be open til 12am. Laziest workers around.
This place is truly unbelievable, and I don’t use that word lightly, a true testament to ineptitude. Want to hate life, enlist in this drive through line. At least 20 minutes to serve three cars, may the odds be ever in your favor.
20+ minute wait on my last 3 orders.edit: my last two trips were 30 minute waits, and my orders were not complete "missing items", and my food was cold, didn't get a receipt. If it werent for you being the only place open after 10 in our neighborhood, you couldnt stay open running a business like this
This place super bad i just asked for plain burger because i was allergic to mayonnaise and they said they couldn’t do it after I already paid for it what am i sopost to do in that situation i go there every day is a new thing last time was about baconator fries i asked to switch them to the regular fries for the biggie bag meal and they said they couldn’t and every other day ive been getting the same meal every day and all of a sudden they dont do it im getting surprised with this wendys??♂️
Place is always slammed. Drive thru is weird shaped but they always have a line
Today drive thru was very slow. I asked for a large fries and large lemonade and that’s not what I got. Drink and chili was not filled all the way to the top like usual as well.
Horrible customer service! The workers will literally look at you dumb founded when you ask for your correct order. Also have no sense of urgency. If you mess up someone’s order, apologize and make it right! Don’t look at the paying customer like their an inconvenience and do nothing to help. Will not be a returning customer. This location has made me never want to eat at Wendy’s again. Also mayo was everywhere in my bag and my chicken was super hard- could barely bite into it.
Honestly if they can't staff the place. Then they should just close. The drive-thru wrap around the whole store. You're better off cooking at home. Pay the staff more or do something. I would advise anyone that this is not fast food. This is a slow slow process.
