Tried their oxtail and was really good served with cabbage, peas and rice. Great customer service too.
It’s a whole vibe! My sister and I went for the first time on May 16, 2022. We walked in customers, and walked out feeling like family!? You could taste the marination on the jerk chicken, and the oxtails were ?. We have an Auntie and some cousins, now!? The food is good, the staff is friendly, and the bar side is the perfect touch! We will be back! Much love to the staff!♥️
Since the new location the food has changed drastically! Flavor wise you never know what your gonna get.. I miss those older ladies in the back (the older crew in general) IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!!!

We finally stopped by Uppa Yard in their new location and it was nice and spacious and a bar option. We ordered the large Jerk chicken with cabbage and beans/rice. The Jerk chicken wasn't as favorable and lacked that jerk punch. It was grilled nicely but you can tell the chicken was marinated. We also had the jerk egg rolls and they were we good. The cabbage in the roll was the best, it was seasoned very well and chopped to small pieces, very delicious. The chicken in the roll plays nicely with the cabbage. Not sure if it want there best day, but will try the again.
The food is good and has plenty of flavor but the wait time is beyond ridiculous. Why offer online ordering if people still have to wait an hour and a half after the posted pickup time???? The manager was nice and apologetic but the older looking black lady with the cheap synthetic wig, was very rude and didn't seem to care. Every single employee,, including the owners, need to take business management and customer service classes... SMH
I love I mean love the food here. The young lady who took my order was the sweetest thing. And she made sure my food was right. I can't wait to go back.
Loved the Chicken as well as the service. Food took literally 3 minutes. Nice size portions of delicious food.
I love their food....but I can't go often they take extremely long to make your order. This last time I waited an hour and a half for brown stew. I guess they need to go out back catch a chicken and pluck it. Ridiculous. Won't be back for a very long time.
Omg what a beautiful atmosphere and great staff. Very professional. I was offered to have a sample for my purchase. Lord it was fire! Best food I’ve had in a long time. I wish I could eat spicy foods, there’s so much more I’d buy. The meat is tender, I love the cabbage and rice and bean. The shrimp amazing everything was just AWESOME. 10000 ⭐️’s
