Most amazing vegan food with great workers and amazing atmosphere
Came in today for the first time. I wanted something small to try so I ended up picking up the Cauliflower bites and a lemonade to go. The Cauliflower bites were absolutely amazing. Whatever sauces and spices they use is super delicious. I tried the half and half with some being spicer than the other. It was made super fast and fresh. I definitely will be coming back. The workers are also super kind and friendly. Thank you to the gentleman that took my order and for all the recommendations, I’m trying the burger and fries next time. Love this place! 10/10 ?
This place is the bee’s knees. Besides having amazing plant-based food, they have a “good vibes only” atmosphere that you feel immediately when you walk in. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE.
Vegan fast food in Milwaukee?! Um, yes please! I have not seen anything like this in the city, and it's refreshing to see more vegan restaurants catering to comfort foods.I got the cauliflower bites and they are hands down the best that I've had ever, especially the lemon pepper and sweet chili. Super flavorful, really delicious breading and not soggy. My non-vegan dad loved them. The strawberry lemonade was amazing. I also got a peanut butter cookie bite that was delicious.Overall, just an amazing place with good vibes, super friendly staff, and a huge menu. There's a lot I didn't get to try but I will be back to soon!
This was such a wonderful restaurant to visit on the first nice day of summer in Milwaukee. The staff was incredible and warm upon entry and super willing to explain their menu. As a vegetarian in Wisconsin it is hard to find a selection of plant based foods this delicious. I tried both their cauliflower bites/wings and their drummies, super nostalgic in their flavoring I felt like it was my first summer barbecue. If you’re afraid to try their amazing menu at least get their strawberry lemonade it was incredible.
I happen to stumble upon this when I was hungry and decided to go there with rather low expectations. But when I arrived there I placed my order and found a seat. The staff was excellent and the atmosphere there is one of the most comfortable places I’ve eaten at in a long time. Once I got my order I can’t say anything other than I was completely blown away by how delicious it was. I went there expecting vegan food to be rather bland or basic but it was extremely flavorful. I even ordered a shake which I have never had a shake that superb. Overall even if you’re not vegan or vegetarian I would say this is a must try place.
I’ve been wanting to try Twisted Plants for such a long time and finally recently I have. The best vegan restaurant in Milwaukee for sure! It’s so delicious and addicting (in a great way of course) always going to be a customer and continuing to support! I could go on and on how great the food is and the quality. Excited for them to expand and open up their Brady location. They deserve all the love. ?
This was my 1st time visiting this establishment. Service was amazing! And the food matched that same energy! Although they were extremely busy, the cashier still took the time to provide insight on the various options. We will definitely be back!
I ordered 40 minutes prior online, order was not ready. I was very empathetic until I went home and noticed my food had a missing item. I called to resolve the issue and was hung up on and BLOCKED by twisted plants. I am African American and want to support local business but this is UNACCEPTABLE based on how understanding, patient, and cooperative I was.
this place was awesome! the guy that helped us today around 4:30 was super sweet and very helpful. would love to come here again and plan on it!! their gluten free burger buns are really good. i appreciate their accommodation for not only vegans but non-gluten people, too! wonderful service, delicious food, and a great experience overall. i recommend you pay a visit :)
