Burger was amazing but....i feel when you say you are splitting the meal it wouldn't take much for them to bring separated or at least a second plate. That brings me to the service. Not great. No silverware was brought. Had to ask for some. Our waitress was nowhere to be found. Manager actually got some for us. Waitress was not in gaging at all. Just there doing her time. Had to ask for another drink. Asked for more ranch for dipping.....took forever. Said she had to make a ticket for it. Yes we got charged for more ranch. For a higher end restaurant in that price point i would expect better. Got better service at a fast food restaurant.
We stayed at this hotel this weekend while visiting Milwaukee for a gymnastics meet. We ended up here because all of the host hotels were full by the time we decided to come. I’m glad we did because this hotel was excellent. It is clearly an old building that has been refurbished and it was done so well! The room was impeccably clean, the towels were full size bath sheets and super thick, the bed was comfortable and the staff was superb. We visited the restaurant (Ash) downstairs twice. Again, superb staff, clean and delicious food! If we ever find ourselves back in Milwaukee, this will definitely be our choice!
Date night and a stay is an absolute! A stop over to Shakers for a cigar and after dinner drink and tour is a must. Then head back for an amazing hotel stay in the hotel room. Make sure you sit in the sun on the patio and enjoy a cocktail or 5. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere Enjoy! Told ya so
Everything was wonderful. Love that it’s dog friendly. Everyone working is so accommodating. The disco Sunday brunch made my life. Phenomenal DJ.
I always have a good time at everything ironhorse. Great brand - great staff - it's a quality time. I recently attended their NYE party in their very dog friendly hotel and it was fantastic. Back to the yard. I have been here a few times during the summer and it is usually popping. People of all ages, dogs, good food and craft drinks. The service is always great. It's an energetic space that draws a crowd.
Went for disco brunch... the disco was delayed (though not due to the artist, DJ Travvy Trav was great) the bottomless mimosas were advertised until 2 but was told at 1:40 that they indeed had hit the bottom. Management seemed unconcerned with our and our neighbors issues with order. The place has really gone downhill, used to be fantastic.

I loved every part of my experience staying here. I even thought to myself I needed another reason to come back to Milwaukee just to stay here ! The service was great, the atmosphere is amazing, the rooms are incredible. Rustic look, exposed brick and wood beams, leather, dim lighting, modern look. Bummed I only booked one night
Delicious in food! I was skeptical bc it is in the hotel, but omg even the hotel is perfect. We watched the food being cooked on the fire right next to us. It was a 5 star meal with 5 star service. I had scallops, husband had porterhouse, def worth the $$$.
