Drinks and atmosphere was great. Light appetizers, we ordered at the bar and they brought it to the table. No silverware or napkins. No waitress coming back. The chicken was terrible. A fried ball of tough chicken that couldn't be chewed through. Dry as could be. Avoid the food.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We arrived about 6:50pm the server told us he didn't have time to wait on us he was closing the patio... however 5 minutes later he was serving another table and told us to go to the bar to order. We ordered then cleaned our table ourselves while he served other tables ??♀️ So of course we went to the bar got our drinks n food that was cold and dude never even came n checked on us an hour in and we didn't even have water smh
My first time there and it was very pretty and a very relaxing place. The waitress was not very attentive tho. We sat down and she ignored us until finally we got her attention. She didn’t introduce herself to us and she never came back to check up in any of us in case we wanted to order more things off the menu. We had to continuously find her and get her attention. She served the rest of the people beside us though and checked up on them numerous times, whom were white. I hope that if we ever decide to go back, we’d have better service.
Visited this bar on a fantastic Saturday early evening. The rooftop is great and quite large. At first it seemed that the amount of people would be kept reasonable. All the spots were taken but the flow was managed. By 830 we wanted to just close our tab and it took 30min because the bar staff were completely overwhelmed. It was 3 deep standing and the bar and rooftop was packed. If the outdoor bar was open or more staff were present it would have been a 5/5 experience but it shouldn’t take 30 min standing waiting just to close.
3/19/22Sarah was wonderful. We even had beautiful flowers in our drinks. My guest loved it. It wasn't crowded and the atmosphere was awesome.Great roof too lounge. 4 star because there wasn't a DJ. The steak tacos are yummy. I would return.
Yesterday when two friends and myself came for drinks we were stunned when we received the bill. The receipt was not itemized and over 60 dollars. We each had ONE cocktail on their cocktail menu all priced around 15 dollars. We were overcharged completely but didn’t feel like fighting it. The man who serves with black hair and tattoos is always rude. Like we get it work sucks but if you hate it that much get another job. Bartenders make great drinks and the place beautiful none the less
one if the best roof top bars in Milwaukee. I have been here for events, dates, and just hanging with friends. Really the place to be if you want something up-class and sleek yet still cozy. The staff here is also fantastic with great service and the lamp slider is one of the best things that i’ve ever put in my mouth
