Slow service and it was dead. They were friendly but I wouldnât go back
All I can say is ð«¤!!! Total waste. Service was sub par, food was mediocre and the entire place was BORING!
The environment of this bar is great so im leaving two stars. Our company had a big meeting in this area. We knew going in that they where going to busy so we excepted some long wait times however, the experience was absolutely horrible. The whole place filled up quickly. People ate drank and left and we were 1 of three tables still sitting there2 hours later waiting on our food. It took 30 minutes for my co-workers to get their bloody Mary's. We where patient about it. They had a limited menu because they knew our company would bring a lot of customers in. Most of my table order the same thing. A BLT with chicken an avocado spread. The server came out and told us they where out of bacon. We where patient. No worries, well eat it with no bacon. When we finally did get our food, there was bacon on every sandwich but only 1 had chicken on it. The cheese was literally a slice of Kraft. Non of our sides where correct. The person who got chicken on their sandwich literally had a piece of chicken the size of two French fries. Our server didn't write anything down. Avoided communicating with us why our food was taking so long. People came and went around us. Bigger parties then ours. We tried to be patient and understanding but this is one of the worst restaurant experiences i have ever had. How do they function on game nights when its busy? I don't understand how anyone can enjoy this place.
Came here after taking my kids to tour fiserv forum. Not only did we have an amazing waitress who was amazing with my kids and so nice but as we were leaving my son dropped his leftovers all over the floor the staff was absolutely amazing cleaning up and handing my kids some bears and bringing him a little bit more Mac and cheese. This was the best experience my family has had in so long at any restaurant. And the food was soooooooo good can’t wait to come back
We went for a memorial dinner for my son and they made the experience less sad. They even placed a small cuddly lion at each place setting. They were amazing.
We enjoyed our lunch at the Mecca! Our waiter was fantastic and it was a cool place to eat before our tour at Fiserv.
Made a reservation before a concert at the Fiserv. Was taken on right away. Server was great. Food was delivered fast and was good.
We actually had an abysmal experience at MECCA yesterday. We were sat in a very noisy and crowded section near the bar and we went almost 30 minutes and were never acknowledged by an employee - no one took our order, no one said hi, no one said we are coming... nothing. We went completely ignored for almost 30 minutes which is absolutely unacceptable. There was almost no staff - I could not even find someone to complain to. It was evident that MECCA was not staffed at all for such a busy night. We left and I have no intention of going back to MECCA. Simply a terrible experience.
We had to ask to get our drink order taken, ask again to get our food order, and go find someone for the bill.
Our food was bland. Service was friendly.
