ordered MILD and I went in to pick up my order, THAT I HAVE BEEN GETTING FOR MONTHS! I tried one item and it was the spiciest! Called the place to complain and they told me to come back and they would replace my food. When I got there the cook told me that this is normal and that “there’s no spice in here” even though I have had it many times before. They told me that they couldn’t help me once I left the store and refused to replace my order or issue me a refund even though I had all the food untouched. Terrible service !!
So great…strange but great. Important safety tip: I had the fresh scallops with MEDIUM sauce. My dish was ONE drop from being so hot, it would have been inedible. That is EXACTLY the way I like it. But I cannot imagine how hot the “hot” option is…. I would eat here every day, if I could. Server was fantastic.

Went with my 6 year old daughter and it was a bit expensive but I didn't mind but the service WAS HORRIBLE JUST LIKE THEIR FOOD I won't be back there at all and they automatically add a tip
Long wait even though there wasn't many people seating down. They also missed items that we ordered as well. The food was really good! The price was alright for what we got.
I wasn't very impressed. I ate my food because I had paid so much for it. The crab legs tasted as if they were straight from the ocean (not cleaned). The shrimp aren't deveined, but they do let you know. I wouldn't recommend.
Too overpriced. I used to eat here few years ago, there was a lot more. Now it’s just a ripoff. Not worth the price.
I'm am sorely disappointed in everything. Gonna start with the main problem. 18% gratuity no matter what? Sure, fine, we saw the signs and continued. PROBLEM. I checked my credit card statement after and there was an extra charge of $25 I did not approve. We have tried calling for the past 30 min, literally no answer and when we try to leave a voicemail, we get cut off after about 20 seconds. What is happening? The food was okayish, but we do feel queasy and nauseous today, both my husband and I, to put it mildly. We are so utterly disappointed, we will continue to call until we get our money back
So they had 2 menus out with different prices at my table and would not honor the lower priced menu. The waitress was rude and stormed out when asked to speak to upper management. Was not trying to be a Karen but I wanted the lower priced menu since it was at my table. Very unprofessional! Food not that good!!
Dining in or carrying out, the shrimp boil is delicious!! The 3 sauces together is not too salty, and just so good. Out of all the shrimp boil restaurants I've been too, this one is the best!
