I used to love coming to this place and I can easily say I will not be returning. They have not had online ordering available for months, and do not answer the phone if you call. They seem to never have ingredients, which you don’t learn about until you’ve waited in line for 20+ minutes. Their website menu and what is available at the market is not accurate, so you don’t know what you’re going to get! I also ordered an awesome avocado salad, which was not awesome and made with not fresh ingredients, and somehow was charged extra for the avocado… oh and if you were hoping for decent customer service, you won’t find that here.
It has taken me multiple times of being here before I finally decided to post this review. They cannot keep ingredients in stock to save their lives - so unless you just want some spring mix with dressing (maybe, if they even have that) then you should avoid this place at all costs. The staff ALWAYS seem like you're a bother. You wait in line for 30+ minutes just to speak with a staff member who couldn't even care less about greeting you. This place is run very poorly and I will not be returning despite how much I used to enjoy their salads.
Very slow service. Young girl making the sandwiches actually stopped making them for a while to go on her phone and play some music. Waited in line for 30 minutes and got to the front when the lead on shift then said they were going to stop making juices because there was only 1 person trained to do so and she was going on break ? would advise getting a panini from Joltz
Honestly The Green Kitchen isn’t as bad as the low reviews might have you thinking… The food is fresh, the ambience is pretty vibrant, and you get your order taken rather fast. My biggest complaint holding back a 5 star is unfortunately the wait time. I really did not expect to wait over 20 minutes for just a simple small chicken wrap, when there was only 1 person in front of me in line when I ordered. In the end good things take time I suppose, their pesto wrap was excellently delicious ??
Green kitchen has great food but every time I have gone the staff is extremely rude and works very slow to get orders out. They have 2 counters and the one you get wraps at has one girl working who completely avoided me and would give me side eyes as I thought I could order at the machine there. Then when she finally gave attention to me she was extremely rude and said I can’t order there and shoved me off, which I didn’t realize you couldn’t at the iPad by her… many other ways to deal with it as to it’s probably a common problem. Again the food is delicious, but the staff always makes me nervous to order there because I never know how the experience will be.
Ny friend got a sandwich and juice and I just got juice! All very good! I wish I would’ve gotten a sandwich or salad with my juice after seeing how good it looked! Took a little bit because it was made to order and they were pretty busy but not to crazy of a wait. Definitely worth the little wait as well. Definitely will be back.
I ordered a Cobb salad and a juice. My Cobb salad had no bacon in it and barely any toppings. It was just all lettuce. They gave me the wrong size for my juice and I watched an employee make up the difference by simply adding orange juice to it. Would not recommend.
Had the most amazing avocado sunflower sandwich will definitely be back. Juices are amazing as well. Always feel good about eating here.
Huge variety of juices!! Also amazing sandwiches had the sunflower avocado sandwich and will be back for more!
This place needs some work, the food isn’t the issue besides the warm drinks but the employees are seriously rude and inconsiderate and no they weren’t just having an off day because I went a few days in a row and each time I walked away upset with how I was treated. You’d think that’s apart of they’re job to be nice to good paying customers and based on the reviews it seems the owner doesn’t care because I’m commenting on the same topics as people from a few months ago. Don’t waste your money here
