After hearing good things about ryw restaurant, I ordered the tangled veggie bowl. It only came with 3 small slices of tofu, and was flavored entirely by the very oily broth. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything I would get again.
Food was literally inedible. The noodles were grainy and the flavor of the sauce was simply an indistinguishable syrupy sweetness that was somehow also dry. The sesame chicken was so salty that you couldn’t taste the chicken. We actually threw away more than $50 dollars in food because it was unpalatable.
The ramen was delicious however Eating it was hard to do after seeing how dirty the restaurant was. Surfaces throughout including the restroom. It’s unfortunate because I would come back if the place didn’t need a good wipe
The lunch buffet is an absolute must when available. Definitely recommend the donut bread and dumplings. Some of the best Asian food in Milwaukee. Service is always great as well.
Arrived to pick up my order. Owner says "10-15 minutes sit down". I go to my car, wait, go back in. I ask for my food, my food is not there. Owner says someone else must have picked it up. Owner begrudgingly says "sorry". I asked the owner to just refund my card. I wasn't going to wait for another 30 minutes. First impressions are lasting impressions. I won't be back.
Loved the food and the people so tried to work there, realized why I don't work in kitchens and they still handled it very nicely. Love these people, especially the owner.

THEY NEED HELP if your a COOK looking for work! There are many delicious and culturally different dishes here from Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. When ordering ramen, I suggest asking for spicy broth as it adds a new level of flavor to their ramen dishes. Even non-noodle dishes such as the Orange chicken are crispy outside yet tender inside! The owner is an absolute sweetheart and is very concerned with how his dishes taste. He cares about his restaurant and what you think so you better believe it's tasty!
The hot and sour beef rice noodle soup is simply the best!
