The food was good, however the customer service was bad. Although we arrived first, they proceeded to seat a different party because they said we were outside, after I specifically stated we will just be outside waiting because we had a bigger party. Not only that, they said it was because not everyone was here, however the party they seated first was missing 2 people when they were going to seat them. Next, they did not bring us 2 dishes that we ordered, and we ultimately decided we did not want it cause we weren’t hungry anymore. There were no refills on water, and when we wanted to pay no one brought the check book, and when we walked up, the person stated he couldn’t split our check because he was not our server. On top of this, we had to pay the 18% gratuity that was not deserved. Probably one of the worse services I have been to.

the food was awesome, and the server with the short hair was amazing at her job, very funny, welcoming, and also very pretty. the servers favorite dish was also well made and tasted great!! if I lived closer id come back on a regular basis.

First time visiting Milwaukee. Decided to try this restaurant out. The food is not bad. My boyfriend and I ordered a huge order after being seated at a tiny table. We then brought another table over because we needed the extra space for the food and the restaurant was not very busy. Then the waiter rudely told us that it was not ok without giving any reason and told us that we have to move to a different table. This table was in a poor location in the back and he did not offer to help moving anything. We had to move multiple dishes and drinks by ourselves. Our waiter never serviced us after that. Another waiter was friendly enough to get us the bill in the end. A situation that was totally unnecessary and that could be avoided with a little more common sense. This is my first time in my life I've ever left zero tips for a restaurant service.

Food was not that good. Portions was too little and charged too much for it. I order the fry chicken. The wings were too small that the meat is all dry up. The wings is the size of my fingers and the pork doesn't have no flavor. All i can say is don't waste your money here! I learned my lesson not to waste my hard earned $$ here.

Disrespectful customer service! Me and my friend went on Sunday, a very cloudy day. The inside was dark, me and my friend was trying to looking for a brighter spot to sit. we sat on the corner first. After we place the order, we think it was not rush hour, not many customers. so we decided to moved to a brighter side. A short asian guy came(assume the manager, but not the owner) said we are not allowed to sit where ever we want. Because we didn't follow the policy. I asked for a recommendation to a better brighter side, he say nope. He was harsh and threatened us by not serving the food, if we are not back to the seat he wants. I'm not buying that. All we want is good customer service experience and nice food. ME and my friend think it's not worth to ruin a Sunday, so we decided to leave. He was rude, his words were harsh and not being polite. We are the people to bring business with, should have some courtesy !

The food used to be really good, but has disappointed me slightly the past 2 times I have been there. Another problem is the seating. I went in first to get a table while my dad parks and likes to wait in the car until the food comes out. I was told that it would be 25 minutes, which was fine. The time passes, but instead of me getting a table, the couple who came after me got it. The waitress tells me later that all guests need to be present in order to be seated. That is ok, but they could have told me when I FIRST came in, not after I have been waiting for so long. I also saw that they did indeed have more than enough empty tables available. I waited for over 20 minutes for nothing!

First photo was December 2021, and the second photo is from 2016 of the same spicy ramen dish. I always loved it and got it every time. This time I tried it and the pork was dissatisfying, and only had shredded carrots and green onion as topping, the broth didn’t even taste the same. It was empty and disappointing. In 2016 the ramen had seaweed, enoki mushrooms, carrots, green onion, and probably more. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

First and last time there. They stole more money from me without my consent. We waited 30 minutes for a server to come take our order for food and drinks. Food is overly priced like a classy restaurant and it’s shouldn’t be because I can make that food at home honestly. The meat isn’t Grade A meat and not well seasoned at all. There are way better restaurants around that area and they don’t even charge that much for great food. Skip this restaurant there’s another Korean restaurant on the third ward that’s better.

We came in without masks and missed the sign. The waitress barrows spoke to us and said we needed masks. No biggy, we left and returned with masks. Then got seated literally right next to a group of people when there were so many open distant spots. Kind of ironic to be sticklers about masks but seat your customers right next to another group with like 3 ft spacing. Whatever, still not too big of a deal. But we ordered and Found a long strand of blonde hair in my food. I have short black hair. Brought this up to the waitress’s attention and asked if she could take off the dish from the bill as I only took a few bites so far only. She said she will see what she can do. Later she comes back and says they can take 10% off. I was kind of shocked that that was the only resolution they had but didn’t really want to make a big deal since I knew I wasn’t going to be returning in the future anyways. So I just agreed with it and my gf continued to finish her dish. We got the bill and they took off 10% from the dish only… so the $16 dollar dish, they took off $1.60 to compensate for the hair in my food. Couldn’t even do the whole bill. Lol I was utterly shocked at how cheap the owners are. Would not recommend to anyone.

Waitress was a bit rude. It did not feel like she was trying to accommodate with us whatsoever. I love bibimbap but do not like it in a hot stone bowl and I asked if I can just get it in a regular bowl and she said “we can’t do it”. Ummm… you can’t just put all the same ingredients in a regular bowl….??? I guess…Food was ok.. rice was way over cooked and mushy.. rice cakes were very over cooked. Poor service in general. Our bill was split and she did a horrible job at getting everyone’s bill right.
