I rarely go into Starbucks, but the drive thru line was so long that I decided to go in and I was the only person inside and I only ordered 1-venti white chocolate mocha.. All the cars that had been in there had gone through and it took them like 10 minutes to get my drink it was ridiculous. I'm the only person in the Starbucks lobby and it took them that long to get one drink I couldn't figure that 1 out and it wasn't very hot because my drink cooled off very quickly but I was so frustrated that I was not about to call or come back.
I honestly try to avoid this location as much as possible the only reason for 2 stars is because of where it’s located. I went back for the first time in months and the service is still horrible & so is the coffee. It used to be so much better. If you really have to have Starbucks take the extra 10 minutes to go out to West Allis or Blumound Rd. Better service, better tasting coffee.
The best starbucks around! Always packed or busy but still receive the best service. Especially from Kasandra and Darris !
I've been visiting this location for years. Staff is super friendly, courteous and professional. Under the most difficult conditions of the pandemic, staff made the best of the situation! I commend them all!! Their smiles brighten my day.
Went into Starbucks placed my order and tried telling the girl at the register that I had a coupon on the app( the entire time I placed my order she just acted rude)told her that when I hit redeem it sent me to the pastries menu she proceeded in saying “ just hit pay in store” so I chose a pastry and was sent to the check out part ( me thinking this is where I hit pay in store) so when I show her and ask where I hit the pay in store she said “ you’re trying to place an online order” I said “no I’m trying to use the coupon” she then said “ idk what you’re trying to do you’re confusing me “ so I just said forget it and handed her the money , she didn’t ask for my name ( like they usually do)or a receipt, handed me my change and walked off. Not mad or upset she was probably having a bad day but if you’re going to be at a register at least try and be nice to your customers.
The staff here is beyond amazing and sweet! I went through the drive through yesterday and had the best experience with all of them. They didn’t know it but I was having a bad day and their kindness turned it around. Thank you!!
Go there almost every day and not once have I had an order wrong.
Nice, quiet, clean atmosphere. Employees we're very nice. They didn't have the correct tops to go with the cup my beverage went in but the tops they did have got the job done. The drinks are always made to order and there made great.
It's a hit-or-miss on weekends one minute I can get a excellent coffee and in the next minute I can get a horrible coffee who can mess up a Carmel macchiati who can mess that up and yet it was yeah it was and in my sandwich was cold in the center
Would be great if you opened your dining room once in a while… drive through is always way too long and busy.
