Put in a pick up order at 9:40am scheduled for pickup at 9:55/10. Wait time was listed as 20/30 minutes. I got here at 10:05 thinking I was running late for pick up. When asked associate about my order they said it was still being made. They didn't even check the mobile screen for my order. I waited there till 10:40 a whole hour after order was put in before someone asked me about my order. After they finally checked the mobile screen they didn't find my order. They asked me what it was I showed them the receipt on of the staff after seeing it says they did in fact make my order. They said someone else probably took it and they said that happens alot. Well they obviously need a better pick up system cause the honor system isn't working for pickup! They didn't even try to rectify they fact that my order was done and given over an hour after pick up! After all that the drinks we're done right and my food wasn't cooked all the way.
Ordered a chai latte with light foam and received this mess. Over half the drink was foam, once the foam settled this is what was left. Paid $5 for foam. What a joke. Shame on you starbucks.
I picked up an order here to deliver. The woman who handed it to asked if I would like some water too. That was very thoughtful. Thanks.
This location was absolutely adorable! The staff members were friendly, they had a Christmas tree filled with pictures of what I believe are guest's dogs hanging on them, festive wreath made of cups, they help out the humane society, they had staff gingerbread man houses & a customer of the week which I saw at another location & I think it's cool! They are also lgbtq friendly! I didn't get a picture of the flag on the window but it's hanging on the window near the entrance. Also parking was very hard to find, I imagine it's because all the houses there don't have driveways.
NO WHIP CREAM FOR HOT COCO?This is the closest Starbucks to me and I go here a lot...but there's a concerning, repeated behavior over the past 2 years where this Starbucks just refuses to put whipped cream on your hot drinks?Even when we ask for extra whip, it's like a 25% chance we get whip cream and it's...well it makes it not as enjoyable. Would gladly change to 5 star if they actually started adding whip cream to drinks that are supposed to have it!
Still #1 in my books. Claire was awesome. The staff speaks and is polite. Worth every dime!!!
