So I came in to order strawberry açaí lemonade she says she can’t make it today when clearly I see a pitcher of strawberry açaí and lemonade on the counter and she wasn’t friendly at all nor greeted me just was like nope I can’t make it today it’s very disappointing and I’m a supervisor at a Starbucks myself and to be lied to in my face is not right
And Starbucks what else is there to say. Order the toasted white chocolate mocha with sugar cookie syrup. Tdf

Takes forever to get a mobile order. I once waited 45 mins after the designated time was given on the app.People that ordered in line was getting out before me.
Nice cafe, super nice baristas (especially Savannah, she’s the best), however it’s very stupid that you can’t tip the baristas when you pay with a debit or credit card, they deserve it!
Some people work nights and need to get their coffee late. The store says it’s open till 8 pm. Yet it’s 545 pm and they closed it.

They used regular milk in my drink and I expressed severely I cannot have milk....I now have to cater a 250 person wedding and im stuck in a bathroom.....
