I been going to this Starbucks for so long now. I go there a alot to get my chai tea latter just chai. When i arrived last night i order my venti chai just chai when i pulled to the Window Jessica said my amount was $15 mind you my drink when I go there pretty often is around $5.75 around there. I ask her why is my drink $15 she stated her manager Cassandra advised her they need to charge me this! I then told her i been coming here for the longest and never ever got charge that amount i ask are you pocketing the rest? Why i ask that because i got to Starbucks every day and night to be charge 3 drinks when i just get chai no ice nor milk. I cant drink milk that y i do not get milk. She then had the worst attitude closed window walks away then i waved a young lady who taken my order a lot of times she open window and i told her please let her know i come often and what the charge me then Jessica comes to window yelling at me again that her manager cassandra said that what they charge! I called cooperate office and they told me they should be charging me $15 for chai! I will no longer be taking my money there because in week i spend more money then anyone you can imagine! Jessica needs to be trained on her team lead skills because it horrible management skills!
You guys need to learn to have a sense of urgency with making drinks and getting people on their way. No reason to wait 20 min for one latte when only 3 other people are in front of me in a drive thru. There is no reason that any latte should take more than a minute to make if you are doing your drink sequencing properly. I feel like there is a lack of care when I come here and a lack of personality most of the time, although there are 2 employees here who are not too bad with providing good customer service. I just really hope that something can be done about the speed of which orders are taken and drinks get out. As a former Starbucks employee, it just not that hard to be honest.
Waiting behind 5 cars in drive through and it’s been over 30 minutes. There are still 2 cars ahead of me and now I’m trapped in line. This location is HORRIBLE. I’m so glad it’s not my neighborhood anymore!

inaccurate info on open hours and every time i come to this Starbucks there’s always something wrong. you guys better take a look at that. won’t be coming back
I will forever be a fan of the iced caramel macchiato. It's the best coffee in town and I drink alot of coffee. Thank you for the fast friendly service. I will be a return customer
1st chilly Saturday morning & the line was long but super quick! The staff was efficient and super friendly. Hot White choc. Mocha + Iced Carmel Macchiato taste well made. The pumpkin cream muffins are perfect in mid Nov??☕!
I love their coffee drinks, their pumpkin muffins and there lemon bread is the best. If my husband and I go through the drive through with our puppy Emma. We will ask for a pupachino .Emmy gets excited as we pull up through there drive thru .
