Always good at Starbucks the workers at Starbucks are funny and friendly always smiling
Great place, fun atmosphere. very helpful and friendly. That being said, i have had several not so pleasant customer service experiences here. Last time being here, they even gave me a fun sticker on my cup! It is the little things.
I just wanted to quickly let all of you know who work here in the morning that you are awesome. Today there must have been 20 orders between mobile,in store and bakery and you all killed it. I saw nothing but awesome teamwork and you pushed out orders as quickly and efficiently as possible even with some Karen like customers breathing down your necks. Thank you so much for the coffee that starts my day and keep it up guys! I can't imagine how stressed and insane everyone must have felt but you all did amazing.
This Starbucks has friendly staff as expected. The only frustrating thing is they frequently turn off their mobile ordering off. I get it that sometimes it can get busy, but I drink iced coffee so it'd be nice if I could order ahead because I don't need my coffee to stay hot like people who wait in line to order.
I really like this Starbucks. It was my first time there. It was not busy at all and I just had stopped, at three different Starbucks and they were all closed even though on Google it said open but you shouldn't trust Google, a lady in the store told me always go through the Starbucks application to see if they are open and one of the Starbucks, I traveled to said temporarily closed and the lady that was working at the Starbucks that was open, said she thinks a lot of people are sick from covid-19 and that's why all the locations were closed, if you think about the one being temporarily closed, if one person had covid and they all worked together they would have to shut the store down for 10 days and quarantine. I have family in another state that has covid and I have family here that has covid-19. Thankfully, I haven't been around them but please keep them in your prayers as I am doing. I totally understand them being short-staffed but I just wish there was a way somebody could update Google immediately, when they're closed and I guess I could have called all these locations but normally they're open. I think I've been traveling for nearly an hour and a half to two hours but I finally got my coffee and this is a nice Starbucks if you would like to go. I also really like the setting and they were playing this girl is on fire by Alicia Keys, love that song, it just felt very warm, welcoming and I also like the seating arrangements. The coffee is delicious too and they are very fast. I almost didn't find the location and I kept turning around lol but it was in a strip mall so thankfully I was able to see it or else I was going to try maybe one more location or maybe even just go home but I thought to myself, I have already been to 3 Starbucks, I am not giving up LOL, anyways please try this Starbucks, you will like it.

Stopped in to get a something for myself and a coworker. The drinks were good except that I had ordered them to be cold and got hot instead.
The best part of waking up is a 15 minute wait for a cold tea and a specialty drink.
I always order mobile, because I don’t want to wait in the store forever to get my drink. Every time I order here I end up waiting 20 mins past the time the app tells me my drink will be ready. It’s not like the baristas are busy with other customers, they’re busy discussing tattoo shops and texting on their personal phones and giggling about TikTok videos they seen, while 30 people wait around on them. After about 40 minutes of having my order they can usually only produce the wrong drink. Thanks for making me late to work again guys!
