This Starbucks is by the worst in the city. Their lobby is hardly open. They hardly ever have order ahead available. Whoever manages this location should be replaced. I think they're incompetent about how to run a business. Everytime in the morning when I try to get to get coffee it never works out. This place is by far the worst starbucks I've ever went to. Just had to pull off from the drivethru line. I wonder how much $ this place loses from people not coming back.
Order was correct and staff was very pleasant. However, the manner in which the drive thru works is not a good design.It was definitely not quick, when a line develops it blocks people coming in and out of the parking lot.You could easily get blocked in the parking lot if there is a line in the drive thru...
Hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I really don’t understand how a simple drink can be made or rang up wrong so many times. I’m constantly given attitude when I point out an issue (made my drink regular mocha instead of white mocha, rang my drink up wrong making the price go up $1, etc) and the ONE time a manager stepped up to make it right she gave me a card to use later for $4 off.. but the kicker?? THE CARD WAS EMPTY AND THEY WOULDN’T ACCEPT IT. I have to drive 15+ minutes out of my way going to work just to go to a better Starbucks.
My favorite place, my happy place to get my fix lol? I come to Starbucks daily I gotta have my small iced caramel coffee, half & half with 6 pumps of vanilla Great customer service, they are so nice and friendly!!! They never disappoint me!!!
This was the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, my drinks were made wrong, and I waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks. I don't understand how this Starbucks is still open with such a slow drive thru and poorly made drinks. This is the cold brew cold foam I received, where is the foam? Horrible experience
It would be wonderful if they could fill the drinks fully or even remember to add the milk foam. I will definitely drive out of my way to go to another location in the future. The extra gas is less than the amount of my drink I didn't get.
would spend more $ here if they were more sustainable. bring back the reusable mugs! plus charging for plant milk but not cow milk? the earth is dying yall

I have been coming to this store for over 3 years, I have never had issues until recently and today was just the last straw. I ordered my drinks through the mobile app at this location, when I arrived I saw two employees in the store. I pulled up to the window since the lobby was closed and one of the employees aggressively pointed to the sign that they do not open until 7am and this was at 6:30am. I just simply asked to have a refund and I will go to a different location and the woman said no and, "the mobile orders were turned off so I couldn't have ordered"....well I did and had the receipt on my phone. If they would have just told me they cannot do it before opening time (or whatever reason they could not do a refund) and to call back later I would have had no problem with that, no need to be so rude to customers, I also work in customer service and would NEVER talk to a customer like that.
