as a former barista, it warms my heart seeing a starbucks properly staffed like this, especially during covid. everyone was working together and making connections and you could tell they were all having fun while working. (also everyone was properly wearing their masks which is SUCH a huge plus rn). service was awesome and we got our drinks within a few minutes of ordering despite a full drive through and full cafe. my personal kudos to the manager at this location

They messed up my order so many times and the last time I went there I ordered a large iced white chocolate mocha but they gave me a wrong drink, it was literally a cup of milk with ice and a sip of some syrups with no cream in a wrong cup. When I tried to explain to the batista that is not how you make the drink that I asked for and I already paid for she just replied: "yes, that's the right one. Do you want cream?"!!! I'm not going back to this establishment anymore.
