Bad customer service. Server (male) was with stinky attitude when talking with me or responding to questions i had. Went there to spend my money not to get anything for free. My money is worth my time.
Arrozo con gandules is dry and no flavor. Bacalacitos are very greasy. Not recommend
Having tried them for the third time, I cannot go back based on my last visit, they cooked the chicken just slightly under. I called and they were super helpful to correct the problem, I went back to get the refried chicken and now I come home and it's overcooked. Most of the chicken was Unedible. The fried pork was nice but no seasoning and the rice was bland.
Great tasting, authentic Puerto Rican comfort food at a reasonable price. Awesome service as well.

Meat was at least 2 days old. Rice was ok. Literally spit out my first bite. Only thing fresh was the salad. Yup $12 for a salad. So disappointing. Just close up shop if you can't serve fresh food.

Puerto Rican food here is outstanding, and friendly service too. The environment is comfortable if you want the dine in option.
