I had been wanting to try Shake Shack for so long because I heard many good things about it and I finally got a chance to try it out. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the food doesn’t take long at all. The portions are a bit small but it’s enough to fill you up just right, not too full but not hungry for more either. I’ll definitely come back to Shake Shack for a cheeseburger and fries!
The food is absolutely disgusting. I called to talk to a manager they wouldn’t answer the phone and the option to leave a voicemail isn’t available. And this is the grilled cheese they expected us to eat. Doesn’t look anything like what is on their menu.
People were nice. Meet you at the door. Food fresh and plenty. Great for families. TV on every end. Shake were small but filling.
Our new favorite place for burgers. Eco conscious store with gender neutral bathroom. Friendly staff.
Shake Shack is one of my favorite restaurants, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this location to anyone. This is the second time I've ordered from here and have found hair in one or more of my items. I decided to give it another chance several months after the first time hoping it would be better, but obviously it wasn't. This is disgusting and extremely disappointing, since this is the only Shake Shack anywhere near me and the staff there clearly don't follow or care about basic food-handling hygiene.
Delicious hamburgers and shakes. Service was quick and friendly with plenty of seating. There is also free water you can get yourself which is nice. I had a double shake burger and a chocolate pie shake which was a great meal. Would recommend.
The customer service was great! Food was absolutely delicious! Been there twice and I will be back again. When you go, make sure to get the bacon cheese fries, best thing on the menu!
I love shake shack but this location was not fresh nor inviting. Assuming it was a manager was telling the DM she wanted to try something different at a table next to me and they were giving her the run around. Hopefully she goes where she is appreciated or they realize her desires for a different challenge. This location just seemed off compared to others.
I was recommended this place by many people and was pretty excited to try it. However it was not bad, but definitely not worth all they hype. There was nothing special about it, the burger just tasted pretty average, the fries were cold, and my ice cream came kind of melted. For the price I think it’s not worth it and you can get a better burger, fries, and ice cream at Kopps or anywhere else.
First time here at this Shake Shack in the downtown area, they have different flavor shakes, burgers, chicken sandwich & bites, and fries. Love the bacon cheese fries , they we're so good. The Chocolate cake Shake so good too . Will be goin back anytime soon. Thank you for your good customer service.
