I worked for Saz's and with 7 years of catering experience they offered me $9.50/hr. I was desperate for a job at the time and took it. I had to save almost every event I was on because the other staff was terrible.
We used Saz's Catering for our wedding at South Second and we were blown away! The service and quality of food was top notch. We still have people to this day telling us how good the food was. Working with Michelle at Saz's Hospitality Group for Saz's Catering was awesome. She answered all our questions promptly and adjusted our contract multiple times to meet our needs. We used Saz's Catering for our son's second birthday party! I worked with Charlie to plan an easy, crowd-pleasing menu of backyard BBQ staples including pulled pork and chicken sandwiches, potato salad and mac and cheese. Ordering was a breeze, as was pick up. Hot items were hot, cold items were cold and everything tasted amazing. I will definitely go with Saz's Catering for future events both big and small. We had Saz's for our wedding dinner back in November 2021. The food was so delicious and our guests could not stop talking about the mac n cheese! Katie was so responsive and made sure that everything was to our liking. Our head chef even confirmed details with me the day of to make sure that everything was picture perfect. You also need to book the festival famous late night snack! So delicious!
My husband & I hired Saz's to cater our wedding back in October of 2021. We requested to have fish fry for dinner & Saz's absolutely knocked it out of the park. Michelle was extremely responsive & accommodating of our requests. No exaggeration, the fish fry was the BEST fish I have EVER HAD. Our guests were absolutely thrilled with the food & I was told by many of our guests that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The staff that attended the wedding were fantastic. Very professional and friendly. I cannot recommend Saz's enough!
We had Saz's for a Thanksgiving Dinner event and it was a huge hit!! Eveyerbody loved it and was asking who provided. Charlie, our sales coordinator was very sweet and knowledgable, even when there was a slight hiccup, he was able to run back and bring us sternos for the food despite my novice mistake of not asking for them initially. He went out of his way with their extremely busy events schedule to make our lives easier, and it didn't go unnoticed. Thank you Charlie and thank you Saz's!
10/10 would recommend! Michelle was by far the best vendor to work with. She was reliable, gave us additional information in general for the wedding, and was always on top of her game. When we did our food tasting their power went out and their generator turned right on and their team didn't even miss a step. Their crew on the day were great, checked in on the bride and groom throughout the night, did an outstanding job! Could not have higher remarks for them. Thank you!

Saz's did an amazing job catering our wedding! The staff was professional and timely, and our guests are still raving about the food. Saz's also managed the venue, and working with Katie was awesome. The information I needed was always readily available and very clear, which was essential to planning a wedding from out of state (and during a pandemic!) Our day went off without a hitch, and a big part of the success can definitely be attributed to the organization and professionalism of the staff we were working with. I cannot recommend them enough!
We hired Saz’s for our wedding of 150 people. Michelle was our point of contact and she was phenomenal in communication. Everything we asked for and about was responded to and acted on. We are so happy we chose Saz’s for our special day. The food was EXACTLY what we expected and the food service and bar service were top notch.
