Very reasonable prices. I wish the coleslaw wasn't so runny, (put some more cabbage in it). We had fish fry and was good. Friendly staff
I dunno. The burger was good. The tacos were not great. It's a pool hall. The atmosphere leaves much to be desired. Go there if you want to play pool.
Came in to order some take out & sat at a table for a good 10mins before I had to go find a waitress for menu. Then I was charged for something I didn't even order & to top all that off after getting home I realized the food I did order was messed up as well. After driving 15mins & spending almost $30 (not including $6 tip I gave the not so helpful waitress) you can imagine how upset I was. Maybe someone else will have better luck eating in but either way I'd highly suggest not doing take out or eating there at all ?♀️
I’ve came here with my 12, & 14 year old to get food & watch games plenty of times. This time around they said my 14 year old needed ID, usually they just give you a wrist band if your not over 21, the guy at the entrance gave us a hard time for no reason & said we couldn’t come in even with me being their mom. At that point I just took my money somewhere else.
Daily Specials are great!.. Tues are 3 tacos, beans and rice for 6.99. Very good.
Here is another one of my reviews, and I think you will like this one!! I have to give you some background, first!! This evaluation is of Senor Locos, which is inside Romine's. For those who may remember the Acapulco Restaurant at National and 6th Streets in downtown Milwaukee, this place was my absolute favorite Mexican place on the planet before it closed in 2007, bar none, and I have eaten at hundreds of them! If I tell you that the Acapulco had the best barbecue ribs on the planet, you'd probably ask "what am I smoking?" but trust me, when I was coaching the U-19 TEAM USA womens basketball team, and they ate there, all of them were in favor! Well, after the 2007 closure, a few years later, I was told by a friend that some of the former staff from the Acapulco had joined up and recreated some of the original recipes at what is now Senor Locos!! So I had to go! Well, though the menu is much smaller than 15 years ago, the food is SPOT ON!!! The salsa and chips are AMAZING!! Way better than what you get anywhere else. The exact same as the old Acapulco. Every time I pass through Milwaukee, I eat here, and chips/salsa come home with me. The chips are seasoned and served warm. The salsa has a kick! I have had most every Mexican item on the menu...and have never been disappointed in anything! I only wish they had a branch closer to me!! This is a winner---give it a try!!
The restaurant inside Romine's has great food! Chips are served hot with salsa, bean dip and spicy carrots. Reasonably priced. They even have the ORIGINAL Coney Island hot dog from 6th and National. If you're from Milwaukee from back in the day, you know!
Fun place. It's been here for ages. The bartender is a smokin little cutie good gracious!
Nice place to have fun! They have games, food and drinks, an outside smoke area that's covered, and a huge area with lots of pool tables. The food was great and they've got a nice bloody Mary.
I love there chips and salsa. The food is very good. The service is a little slow, but all in all a great experience
