I sat at my table for almost 15 minutes before a server came over. Yes, I was waiting for two more people, but acknowledge my presence and ask if I want something while I wait. Other than that, the rest of the service was great and the food was delicious. I got an order of Brewery nachos (-jalapenos and +ground beef) for the table. Massive. Ate too many. Couldn't finish my wonderful avocado chicken sandwhich, but I took it home to have later.

Once more looking to have some dinner with some friends and we found the Rock Bottom ... So we sat in. Here are the findings, ... the menu has several options more like a pub/bar food kind , with some good options on the menu. Service was kind of slow - very slow - ... nonetheless I can get it, Covid, staff issues ... Food - we've chosen different stuff, I tried the fried pretzel with aioli, what can I say more an oddity than a hit and a chicken tender salad salad, not bad, the greens were dressed Ok, with something mayo/cream based - nothing special- , the tenders were dry and crispy, and a bit blunt in terms of taste - so it did match ... Overall I would say an average type of food - nothing special, nothing wrong with it , but also what the boys had was nothing really special in the end. In terms of drinks - the local beer - Spotted Cow was the brew of choice - not bad , but nowhere close to European beers. Prices - what can I say , not bad , and they accept all sort of credit cards ... Overall a decent experience - an average or if you like typical place - like a hundred others - ... nothing bad to highlight , but also nothing outstanding ...

I started frequently ordering take out from this restaurant when I started working downtown. A coworker recommended it and initially I loved it. I would regularly order a kids chicken strip meal with waffle fries. I loved the value of the meal for the price and it was convenient in terms of location and time to prepare. However for the last two months the service here has really gone down the tubes. I know they care about their customers because I've had them comp meals before due to issues, but the follow through of solving these issues isn't there. For this reason, it is no longer convenient to order from here. If I place an order over the phone and the call center answers, I can expect them to not even know my order was placed. When I try to pick it up, no one is at the counter, there is no bell to alert anyone...when you're on a 30min lunch break, that's very frustrating. Then they report it hasn't even been made yet... Like by the time I get my food my break is nearly over ? I want to be able to continue to order here. Please resolve these issues !! P.s. two other coworkers report the same issues and have stopped ordering as well

All in all, pretty disappointing. I ordered deviled eggs, fish & chips and a side salad. The eggs were fine—a little spicy and flavorful. The fish and chips were really disappointing. The fish itself was ok, but the coating was rubbery and difficult to even bite. Beer batter should be light and crispy, but this was neither. The chips were just waffle fries; nothing to write home about. The remoulade was nice, which helped. And the dressing they called Green Goddess wasn’t even close. I haven’t had it in a while, so I Googled the recipe just to make sure it wasn’t me! EVERY recipe for Green Goddess is creamy, with mayo, sour cream and/or yogurt in the base. This was just very oily with spices, and I really do think maybe they accidentally gave me giardiniera by mistake. My waitress was polite but slow to take my order, refill my drink or bring the check, despite there being only a few customers in the whole place. I don’t live here in Milwaukee but I come often for business, and unfortunately I won’t be back to this spot.

The first time we ate here the food was great, we had chicken strips with fries which were fresh and crispy. The stout brownie was to die for! Gooey on the inside and crispy on outside. Unfortunately the last 2 times the good has been par and the brownie just not good, not gooey, barely warm and just overall disappointing especially for the price

The food was so unique and flavorful. Location brewed beers with amazing cocktails that I have never had anywhere else. Everything was well made and definitely some of the best food I've had in Milwaukee.
