I have been there 3 times. I had the mushroom sandwich - which was AMAZING, the veggie sloppy joe, and the smoked salmon sandwich. All of them with yummy sweet potato fries. Whoever their cook is, they deserve a raise because the food is absolutely delicious. The owners are very friendly and the environment is very comfy either if you are going to a date or just out with some friends. Definitely recommends. (P.s: if you want an authentic Caipirinha, this is the place to go. I have NEVER found an authentic one anywhere else in Milwaukee).
Pains me to not give 5 stars, but I found it ridiculous we paid $70 for 3 beers, fish, and a burger. Like come on guys. Food was fantastic as always, owners are great, but the drastic hike in prices aren't cool.
Relaxed, unpretentious vibe; the Impossible burger is impossibly delicious and you have to try the hummus! Plus, the only place around that serves caipirinhas -- and they're delicious.

The Riverwest Filling Station have the best hamburgers in town. The avocado burger is wonderful. The meat wad, the mushroom burger and plain cheeseburger are also top notch. The ribs are worth the trip and the tuna salad with cilantro honey mustard dressing is a great salad.
Started eating here the past 2 weeks. Benji our server is amazing. He remembers our orders and drinks each time. The owner came out and introduced herself aswell. Everything she cooks is 10/10. The meatwad is the best medium rare(properly temp'd) burger i've had in wisconsin. The goat cheese egg rolis are so good its ruined other poppers for us.
The Filling Station is a neighborhood staple, run by a wonderful couple putting out exceptional food (including in-house smoked meats). The bar program is also fantastic, with up to 30 taps of craft beer and unique cocktails including CBD infusions. You really can't go wrong, but the Meatwad burger is worth writing home about.

Great local bar! The owners really care about and like what they're doing here and it shows. Good food, cocktails, and beer. Always friendly people to talk to and good vibe to relax in.
