Was here at 9:35pm 4/1/22, tried to get a burrito. Was informed they would only make bowls as the press took time to cool and they wanted to get home early. Multiple disappointed customers. I told the worker how ridiculous it was I couldn’t get a burrito at a burrito restaurant and he proceeded to tell me it was my fault for coming in 10 minutes before close. It was 25 minutes before close, and at a qdoba for a carry out that doesn’t seem unreasonable.Extremely displeased.
Apparently you can work here for years and still not know how to roll a burrito. Super sick of getting the guy who can't roll a burrito to save his life.
Qdoba is good. I like the variety that you can get from this place. I gave 4 stars because you get fresh food choices and they make it in front of you. The only thing that's hold the 5 star back is because they are cheap with their meats. They put so much rice and beans and the meat is a garnish. I ordered chicken nachos not rice/bean nachos. Some people even have the nerve to shake the meat spoon after they scoop it. I always order extra meat which cost $2.55 extra. I just want them to get better with putting meat on their entrees. Besides this I like going here. Come on and earn those 5 stars!
This is the only qdoba I been to that makes things differently. They are also stingy on the chips gave me like 10 chips in a bag so I had to purchase more when they promote how their chips are free. I never had this issue at any other one though. The staff here are also rude I asked for rice with no cilantro and they acted like I was asking for a million dollars. Terrible service at this one. I’m sticking to the other location.
Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing I love qudoba but this staff here is terrible there is this one lady she is short Mexican and has blonde hair she is just so rude she needs to learn how to treat her customers big middle finger to her
I was hung up on multiple times when calling to ask about their malfunction on their website (tortillas sold out). Instead of working with me to order on-line the very rude male employee hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and the phone was picked up and hung up before they just completely declined or ignored my phone calls after that. What should have happened and what would have been a great thing to do for the company and customers, would have been to take my information, let me order the bowls online but know to look for my name and order and make it as a burrito. Instead of just hanging up on a customer. Smh.
I visited the store with a few family members and the employees are rude and their attitude is trash. I would never recommend this to anything ever. Owner needs to find better employees if he/she wants to keep their business running.
I came in here for a fresh quesadilla and didn’t expect for the lady grilling it to drop it on the table then scoop it up quickly and still serve it to me lucky me that I was paying attention and had them remake it will never return!
Didn't have Mexican rice.. white or brown only.. the salsa they put on top of rice had too much lemon juice.. ruined the flavor of bowl..
Food was great and staff was friendly and quick. Restaurant was clean and stocked as well so we were very happy with this location.
