I was there with a friend tonight for game six Bicks Playoff gay against the Celtics. Stopped in for a couple drinks at the upper bar, I was charged $55 for a Bud Light in a can, a Captain and Coke and a Shot of Patron. Pretty sure the log haired bar tender that was working upstairs was price gouging and taking advantage of customers.

Was there for a office party on the 2nd floor. All the staff were absolutely great. The food was fantastic. Drinks were very expensive it's a good thing we had drink vouchers. That was the only downside.

Go somewhere else! This place is terrible. We were completely ignored by the bar tenders. They never acknowledged we were even there. We felt like we were invisible. Took forever to get a drink and order food at the bar. Food never came as we sat there waiting with empty drinks. Food would be delivered to the bar and they would just let it sit there. The guy next to us cancelled his charge on his credit card for food and drink and left. We made the manager refund us and we left.

We were told to head to the bar to order drinks and they would help us get a bowling alley which was the reason for our visit. After ordering $70 worth of drinks, we were told that the activities were all closed for the day. This was a Saturday around 6pm. I was pretty disappointed they didn’t even flinch when I told them we would have left and not gotten drinks had we known there was zero options for entertainment. I would have expected a refund or at the very least an apology. Pretty disappointing experience start to finish. Especially since this place just re opened. You’d think on a Saturday afternoon they would have been prepared for guests to come in. There was a few employees standing around doing nothing as well. Not a great look when you’re turning guests away.

Had a date day this past weekend. We’ve been here before for our first stop at our Jack n Jill had a great time so we decided to go back. Went upstairs since it’s more of the games upstairs but after waiting 12 mins no hello, no one said one second be with you nothing but two bartenders working mind you it was at 3pm so about 6 people at the bar everyone had a drink I said let’s go downstairs before I get upset from no one even acknowledging us. Went downstairs same amount of people at the bar but immediately they said be right with you. Winter, Chanel and another bartender I forgot his name ? were amazing they are the only reason we stayed left and came back other then that we would’ve never come back the drinks were made perfect Winter is amazing at what she does and her trainee did a great job ?. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because of them oh and the apps were good sorry I only took a few pics

It was a very nice and clean place. Food was good. The only thing I don't like is that the bartenders share the tips. We had two bartenders, the lady made sure we were good the entire night and guy did nothing but still got money for it.

We ate here before the Bon Jovi concert. We got here fairly early, around 5:45 and got a table upstairs pretty easy. The downstairs was not open yet. The server was nice, but the service was terrible, not sure if it was her or lack of staffing. Waited a very long time for out drinks, like 30 minutes. Food took a long time as well and then was all wrong. No salad dressing with the salad, wrong type of salad, no spoons for the soup, fries were room temp, and 2nd drink order for a beer, sat at the bar, but was never delivered to the table. Then the fun with the bill. Again, totally screwed up and took forever for the server to figure it out.Like I said above, not sure if she was new, or the place is understaffed, could be a bit of both, but either way, there were SO many unhappy people, management needs to get it together.

I went to punch bowl social with some neighbors and their children to watch the NCAA games and figured I would give it a shot after the reopening. I am only giving it 2 stars because the ambiance is great and there is potential. The building was not crowded and their staff struggled to make drinks, they didn't know how to make an old fashioned or a spicy margarita even though it was on their menu. At one point they said they wouldn't be making cocktails due to it being too time consuming. The food was average at best. As far as the games we tried to play foosball but they had no machines to dispense quarters and the bar manager said they were out of quarters... The kids wanted to bowl but 4 of the 5 bowling lanes were "out of order" upstairs. This caused a 2 hour wait to bowl which we bypassed. We asked to have the game put on the TV by our group but was told that due to how their televisions work they could only have 1 channel on in the entire building. It was an awful experience and I wouldn't be surprised if it closed down again. I will be spending my time and money at Mecca.

Not all that impressed. The place itself has cool amenities, but when the bartender has to get help making a gin and tonic that's an issue. It wasn't the only service problem our group had. I know they just reopened so they get the benefit of the doubt...

do not go here for ANYTHING!! They are a SCAM horrible service!
