Amazing skill to keep a phone conversation going while making sandwiches! Ear to shoulder while taking orders and using both hands.And why even use gloves when they are NEVER changed? Making sandwiches, going through cabinets, trending register, restocking, back to subs, making smoothies, grabbing a cleaning rag, register, smoothie, subs, ... all with ONE pair of gloves!They were closed for a few months and this was my first time back since I realized they were open again.It should have stayed closed!

I ordered through Active menus and the food came faster than I expected. The driver texted and called when she arrived. An overall good experience.
I used to pick up sandwiches for dinner all the time here but now they close at 4pm every weekday which is what time I get home from work. I'm assuming they're short-staffed and it's just temporary but now I'm only able to eat Potbelly on the weekends. Hoping to be able to take advantage of double points Thursdays again soon!
It's BOGO day, everyone there is obviously crazy busy, after 4 pm they stop doing deliveries and use doordash as their drivers. Doordash sucks but the staff there? they are amazing, so sweet. I just didn't know any updates on my order but the girls working were so kind and deserve a raise, they helped me and apologized and refunded me even when I told them not to- it was nowhere near their fault and I wasn't upset with them at all. Great staff, that's all that matters!

The food and service overall was good. However, there was an employee who assumed that I was stealing a drink. She followed me all the way to check out and rudely pointed out my drink as I was paying. Also, while I was eating that same employee was making fun of the customers who were ordering food.
Really nice place on Farwell! Good food, clean and such nice staff!
