Was driving for a ride share service today when a request for a food delivery came in. Had I seen that it was for the Popeye's Chicken on 76th and Good hope I wouldnt have accepted it. The last couple times I made the bad decision to go there the person running the drive through made me wait 5 minutes before talking once I finally get to the speaker after waiting 30 minutes in line. Today I decided to run inside to pick up the order instead of wasting time waiting in the drive through line. 2:30pm in the afternoon and the lobby door was locked. So, back to the car to wait in the drive through line. How is it possible the line hardly moved for such a long period of time. I finally made it to the speaker and let the person know I'm there to pick up a previously placed order. Their response, "We don't have an order made online. Have a nice day". Didn't even give me a chance to talk. Just, "Have a nice day". This is the worst place to go to. Absolute garbage all around
I was just at Popeye's Chicken on 7525 Good Hope Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53223 and after waiting for almost an hour for the line to move we decided to drive off. When we get to the front of the store we see three workers sitting down eating. This is just unacceptable Popeye's and you need to fire all of them. Please get your workers the proper training and make sure you have a manager to make sure that the work is getting done. ????????
Over the past year this location has been out of food daily, weekly, monthly might as well say everyday. It has nothing to do with the economy it is very poorly managed and unfortunately the employees have to suffer along with the customers.
Not only does this one suck. They all suck. Went to 4. FOUR. Waited for 45 minutes or longer. I wanted some chicken. Only spicy breast. Could not fill coupon. Never no chicken. Never no spicy. You wait in line for 45 minutes or more. Put out a sign. No spicy. No chicken or 20 minute wait for chicken. Then say only mild. Who eats mild anyway that they always have mild. Or open the lobby so you can tell people this. I am going to give Popeye's a long rest. Will not be going for awhile. Sure it does not matter.
Had the best deal ever on the app, 14 piece tender meal for $19.99. Placed the order, waited 25 minutes in that line, got to the window, they say: debit or credit or exact cash. We do not have any tenders, I stopped listening after that. I told her I put an order online already for the tenders deal. She said well we don't have it, request a refund. Customer service was horrible, there could have been a better way to say it. Needless to say, to wait that long in line, someone could have took the initiative to come out and say they are out of certain things, instead of having people wait in line, a line that was backed up onto 76th Street.
Well one thing I can say for sure is this location dang sure doesn't look like the photo and it's ghetto asl. I just don't understand what's going on with Popeyes locations now a days, not just this one but all the ones I've been to here in Milwaukee. They never have any sauce or macaroni????♀️ Heck I went to this location on Silver Spring and the man told us he Only Had Chicken. No Drinks, No Sides, No Nothing; Just Chicken... I'll just stick to The one on North, at least they have most items most of the time lol
Sad, SAD, SADNESS ? WAITED IN LINE FOR NEARLY 20 MINUTES. When I Finally got to the ORDER TAKER I was told it is a 30 minute wait for CHICKEN ? SMH. I was given the excuse " it's shift change, and if I wanted chicken that's how long it would take...so I asked if I could pay for it and come back in 30 minutes they told me I would have to remain in the order I came. So for me my time is my money ? and I had spent 20 that I had nothing to show for it and nearly an hour for Popeyes chicken. NOPE this SAD POOR SERVICE...ZERO STAR!
Filthy exterior, spicy chicken given instead of the mild ordered, stone cold red beans and rice, and last but not least they weren't accepting cash, only plastic. Second time in a row for the first three items. Second call to the complaint line. If I didn't like the food....

Ordered two chicken sandwiches and tried the mac & cheese, (first time!) and it was very good. The chicken sandwiches were served hot and without pickles, the way I ordered them. They were good also, but not nearly as good as the KFC classic chicken sandwich, which I consume at least two-three times a month. This restaurant has it's issues. For some reason their computer was down at the time I proceeded at the drive-thru speaker/menu. I was able to get my food. However, all the cars behind me were unable to order and drove away. I, for one, will stick with the colonel's chicken from now on.
