A friend and I thought their fried chicken sounded tasty so we stopped in. When I say the floor must have been coated with grease that would be an understatement. Our feet stuck to the floor like it was fly paper. We ordered ..which the cashier was reasonably friendly. It was the Mgr that had a really bad attitude. We couldn't pay by card bc the drive thru person was using it. They said we could go order from the drive thru. Are you serious? 10 cars in line..I've already ordered and now your telling me to go outside and get in line. I can't for the life of me understand how this company makes any money to pay the bills. Go elsewhere gyys
They where out of everything, but didn't tell you until you were trying to order. Like I wanted spicy chicken tenders. They said they were out of those, so I tried just regular tenders... nope out of those as well. Then we tried to order soda, they were out of all of the flavors but two.... they didn't tell you which two, you just had to keep asking until you found one. They were out of sauces and sides. Also the kids meals are a joke. The service wasn't helpful and the product was...fine.
Only come to this place if you want medium flavored chicken and fried because this is LITERALLY all the had when I cam at 9pm! Your open til 11pm how can you only have that they had no drinks no hot sauce no pies no sides only medium chicken and fries SAD!!
Just shut down the place. They didn't have half the items on the list and they forgot my side which I ordered. So in my honest opinion all popeyes should be closed because they all produce the same service. This is the last time I order anything from popeyes because the service is just terrible. I actually hope they just shutdown as a business.
They are almost always out of something. Last time I went they were out of chicken except breast! How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken?! Other times it was several sides they were out of or sandwiches, always something though. Sometimes they only take cash, other times only card. Its ridiculous really. When they do have food it's good though lol.
Then cashier was rude, obstinate among other negative personality traits. Will never visit that location. It appears to be a trait among Popeyes' employees as I experienced same at a Popeyes in Trinidad.
If I could give this place no stars I would. @PopeyesLouisianaKitchen: how can you allow locations like this to even operate?? Terribly managed. Dirty inside and out. Rude staff. First time I went there it was peak dinner time and they weren't taking orders. Second time, they told me had no regular chicken (seriously)...and apparently no plans to cook any...and no drinks.
It was colder inside the stores and it was outside they did not have the heat on. The person who took my order was extremely rude for the first 15 minutes I stood there waiting she completely ignored me until finally she said in a really rude way May I help you? Kind of in a way that I would seem that I was bothering her. They also screwed up my order I ordered a large red beans and rice and I received none I should have checked my order before I walked out but you would expect that a simple order would be made proper. I will never go to that restaurant again... Popeyes at a different location of course but not that one on Silver Spring Drive near 60th.The absolute WORST SERVICE & DRIED OUT CHICKEN.
Mmm how can I put this. All Milwaukee Popeyes pretty ghetto. Your better off buying chicken yourself and frying it. Which is what I will do from now on. But if you must go to this one. Be prepared for slow service and random employees screaming and having fun ?
It's not the food it's the service. Service is just as important as the quality of the food. The restaurant was open but they were still taking door dash orders and online orders but they had NO CHICKEN! When I went inside I was informed that they were switching over the grease. The grease changing is not the issue because you can't determine how many customers you will have. But the entire restaurant smelled burnt which meant it was turned up too high. There is always an issue at these restaurants no matter the location they really need to get it together.
